Melhor hotel

Very affordable price, very good breakfast coffee, cleanliness well done Care of the staff to the excellent customer super indicated...
Close to the upa, pharmacies and publs etc... well cozy environment simple more super well organized

Unfortunately the Hotel is getting older and finished.

The hotel is old, with unhealthy rooms. The "economics" had up traces and comes out of the room scratching me. I complained at the reception and an assistant (oldest) said that I had no room to change, then I came back and asked to cancel the stay and go look for another hotel. Another assistant offered me another room, apparently cleaner and with better conditions, but the smell of closed and dusty room made me sleep two nights with respiratory allergy. Unfortunately the hotel is very poorly cared for. Breakfast has the basics of the basics. The newest employees are strenuous, but the gentleman who served me the first time at the reception (maybe the owner), was not very concerned about pleasing, even spoke in tone of deboche that since he had booked by Booking was what he could offer.

Swears of death and fight

Guys, if you have love in your life, don't go to this hotel. In the early hours of 24/09, around 00:30, my fiancé and I were almost asleep when we heard in the hallway someone banging on a door and swearing another man to death! It was the worst situation I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!!!! They got into a fight at the hotel (one of the people involved broke his arm), shouting loudly and swearing to death and everything. It was a horrible and terrifying scene!
We gathered all our things and left the hotel.
Totally unsafe, apart from everything else that isn't good either

Lixo de hotel

Atendimento péssimo. Não oferece o que promete. O atendente na recepção é ignorante, cobrando por serviços não prestados, tentando extorquir os hóspedes. Melhor seria fechar o "hotel" e começar de novo...

Sem condições

Pode até ter boa localização, mas as instalações são péssimas, roupa de cama e banho muito velhas, quarto e banheiro(limo ) com as paredes sujas, Internet não funciona, não tem papel higiênico. Valor de 340,00 para quarto triplo. Não ficamos, sem condições e só devolveram 50% do valor.
