Hospitality

The bad sum was our choice of lodging last month. But when we arrived we found out that due to a mistake of the travel agency our reservation had been cancelled. I came to make the evaluation for the support and hospitality we received from the girls at the reception. Who promptly offered us help so that we could solve the problem. We indicated other hostels, as unfortunately they were crowded and took care of our luggage so we could go out to eat something. We are very grateful!

Horrible experience.

Our experience with the Planet tour agency was extremely disappointing. We bought a one-day trip to Jericoacoara (900 kings for two people) based on the wonderful photos released from the Mansomar hostel, however, when we arrived, the reality was completely different from what was sold. The guesthouse did not match the images and expectations created, which generated a huge frustration during the trip. Seller Kamila was very attentive at the time of the sale, but the after sale was nonexistent. Once we realized the problem and tried contact, we had no return, no attempt of solution or support. We were forced to go personally to the agency to register a complaint and yet the only return was a simple apology, without any solution or follow-up. We do not recommend the Mansomar guesthouse and we do not recommend the Planetour agency for this reason. A trip is something planned with expectation and investment, and unfortunately this experience was marked by misleading advertising and neglect with the customer. OBS: The receptionist Naila - I believe q be so , was super requested. Sure! Here is the English translation, keeping the original tone and content:

Dark room, no window. Bathroom without proper ventilation, no hair dryer. There is a community when requested at the reception.
Satisfactory coffee place.
Bad view of the bakery beak.
Careful and polite employees.

Jeri de Jijoca ✨

Jericoacoara is beautiful, uniquely beautiful and has the most perfect sunset in the country. The trip was wonderful, the inn we stayed at was Mansomar, a wonderful inn, with excellent service, all the staff are ready to serve you efficiently, the breakfast is wonderful, the best tapioca I've ever tried in the northeast. The rooms are comfortable, have a clean and very good bathroom, air conditioning and TV.

The hotel is close to everything you will need in Jeri , it’s a simple but very cozy hotel . The employees are super friendly. I highly recommend
