Check in was efficient. The room and bathroom were spacious and bright. The personnel were pleasant and helpful. The hotel has its own carpark.

Beautiful Hotel ruined by bad Management
I agree with most of the other reviews written recently. A really well constructed and laid out hotel, with a great location next to the Spa Franchorchamps racing circuit, it really does have everything going for it.
Unfortunately the management do a poor job of ensuring the staff give the service you would expect from this great opportunity.
We were a large group of sixteen adults and two children, and having driven from the UK with an early start, we were all looking forwards to a refreshing drink.
The staff on duty in the bar when we arrived were surly and unfriendly, it was clear that they were not going to receive the friendly smiling welcome we had hoped for.
We went out for a pre-arranged dinner with some friends and returned around 11:00 pm to find the bar closed, despite there being plenty of customers eager to enjoy an evening drink.
The next morning at breakfast there were two staff greeting us, but the hot food had run out and the staff said it would be at least 15 minutes before they could replenish the heated trays. The staff were more interested in talking to each other than making sure the food buffet was cleaned and replenished.
We had a meal in the hotel the following night and the serving staff were friendly and efficient, the food was acceptable but without telling us, they had reduced the menu to three starters and three main courses which was a shame because we had already looked at the menu and chosen our dishes which were not now available.
Because of the bar staff and the reduced menu went out for dinner on the next night, and again the bar was closed upon our return. Not too much of a problem because we have realised it was closed for 11 pm, and we stayed at the restaurant for a couple of drinks.
One of our party had seen the bad review which
Had said the bar was closed at 10:30 pm, which had been answered by the management stating the bar was always open from 09:00 am till 11:00 pm.
Sunday was out last night at The Hotel and because we were travelling early the next day we we went out for dinner early and make sure to return just after 10:00 pm so we could have a nightcap while the children were put to bed.
You can imagine our surprise when discovered the bar was closed. I asked the member of staff on reception why, he was very arrogant and he said because they closed it if there were no people there, I said we were a large group, could you please serve us? He refused. I showed him the review with the answer by management that the bar was open every day till 11:00 pm
He changed his mind and said that it was open, but only for soft drinks as he wouldn’t serve any alcohol.
Such a shame such a beautiful hotel is ruined by poor management.

friendly staff, exceptional restaurant, comfortable rooms.
Little night spent as a couple at the hotel of the source following a bongo. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are gigantic:0 and the bathrooms equipped with bathtubs . The staff is super friendly, professional and very friendly. This is a far cry from hotels where a smile is exceptional. The gym is good. But then the restaurant is a must have! We enjoyed it, everything was good down to the dressing. In addition, the chef has adapted to our food intolerances by offering a complete dish not available on the menu. I recommend 100%
