Best B&B in Belgium!

It’s in a beautiful location, the rooms are amazing, and the breakfast is delicious, with most of the ingredients being homemade. A very nice couple runs the place.

Ecological overnight stay

Friendly welcome by the host. Received practical information.
The room was small, you could only sit comfortably in the communal lounge. The breakfast was very gloomy, home-made bread, 2 types of (homemade) jam (yummy), organic chocolate, 1 boiled egg and 1 type of cheese. Coffee and tea at will. A glass of apple juice from our own garden, a glass of yougurt with granola according to the house recipe. For dessert, 1 oatmeal cookie baked by the hostess. We expected a slightly more extensive breakfast from a B&B.

Oasis of tranquility

Just had an awesome weekend here for our anniversary. We were allowed to arrive much earlier than we should to drop luggage sow we could explore the area, we were treated to a warm welcome with drinks, shown around the property, our room anything we needed was explained and maps with the best routes for our weekend plans marked out.
Kitchen and lounge are communal so there is no TV or hot drink facilities in the rooms but spending time in your room is missing the point of this place. Grab a book and go sit in the tranquil gardens screened even from the house by the plants and it makes sense.
Breakfast on the terrace looking at the gardens was an experience not to be missed - a luxurious homemade spread of breads, jams, nuts, fruits and anything else on hand, you are in their own words "the king" for that moment in time.
We want, no need to go back sometime

Great B&B with lovely hosts and a superb breakfast

This is the second time we've been to Weide Wereld and again it's been a wonderful stay! The room is great and we really enjoy the bath and atmosphere of the Aleppo room (note if you really want a shower, better to choose a different room). Petra and Bruno are lovely hosts that can share stories about their travels, plus have a lot of useful tips in and around Bruges. We loved our stay and would stay here again.
Ps Do note that it's a bit outside of Bruges, so a car is a must.

Cozy bed & breakfast!

We enjoyed our weekend in the very cozy Bed & Breakfast de Weide Wereld. Bruno and Petra are great hosts with many great tips for eating and shopping in the area!
The Aleppo room was nicely decorated with an authentic bathtub. Also the guest kitchen and lounge are a plus, we spent one evening in front of the warm fireplace.
Every morning a tasteful breakfast is served, with homemade jams and bread.
The location is great, close to Brugge and also Gent can easily be visited.
Overall, a great place to visit! We definitely recommend to stay here for a few days!
