A cool place to stay with history and charm.
Very nice closet space and gowns provided.
Very affordable and very easy walking to multiple dining options and local bus.
Onsite meals,pub and entertainment.
Large TV very good.
Huge fancy bathroom and walk in shower and plenty of hot water.
Complementary coffee pods and machine is a nice touch.
Complimentary cereal and chocolate is appreciated.
Good bar fridge and coffee tea facilities is nice .
Nice colour info brochure in my room and scan info available a nice.
Clean spacious atmosphere in gaming lounge and pub areas.
Very good decor and photos of old Royal Mail Hotel and early settlers and occupants of this area interesting to look at the history.

Old world timber stairs and building nice .
Cons:
No elevator or help with luggage.
My double bed room didn’t have much space for luggage tbh.but manageable.
No shelves or bedside lamp ,power point near bed they will need to fix that imo.
No hook to hang a towel in bathroom .
In General:
All in all I have to say it’s a nice motel in a very pleasant relaxed area of the Sunshine Coast and good value.

There was parking available, but the free parking limit was 12 hours. If I parked at 8 p.m., I would need to leave by 8 a.m. the next day, instead of 10 a.m. (check-out time limit).
To get from the car park to my bedroom, I had to cross a crowded room full of people having fun and playing. It was not convenient.
Despite that, the room was great, and the staff were very kind. I would consider staying there again.

Great place for food and sports bars
Multiple dining areas & huge alfresco dining and sports bar. TV'S everywhere.
3-4 bar areas, cosy pool room. Relaxing atmosphere. Although we didn't stay there, well priced accommodation available. Great location, walking distance to Marina.
