Staff were fantastic and helpful. The facility was awesome and it was the fourth times that I’ve been here. I definitely recommend this hotel to all.

No night security.
Rooms are dated in both furniture and decor. Bath looked dirty had 2 large rust spots where enamel had worn . Water flow and water temperature was very erratic, went from warm to scalding hot to cold within seconds . Definitely wouldn’t shower a child.
Stayed in room opposite lifts, noted and overheard suspicious behaviour in next room over a weekend period. Easily overheard numerous visitors coming and going, drawers being shut, safe being open then male would leave the room and return . This went on until approx 5.30am when a couple entered, male stayed for a short time and couple stayed. Hotel notified numerous times in person and by phone . The night reception staff did speak to male when entered the hotel about the noise, he then left and returned later.
Management notified by email. Would recommend overnight security to monitor comings and goings.
Breakfast lovely with a good range of food, restaurant staff polite and helpful . Would I stay again ? Possibly.

I am sorry that the condition of your room did not meet expectations. We recognise that aspects of our guestrooms and bathrooms are dated, and I am currently working through refurbishment plans for the hotel. I also acknowledge your comments regarding the worn enamel and rust spots in the bath.
I am particularly concerned about the significant fluctuations in shower temperature you experienced. Water changing rapidly from warm to excessively hot and then cold is clearly unacceptable, and I appreciate your concern regarding the potential risk, particularly for children. I have asked our Engineering team to follow up on the water pressure and temperature issues.
Regarding the neighbouring room, I fully appreciate that the repeated noise and movement of visitors throughout the night would have been disruptive and understandably caused you concern. I am also sorry that, despite contacting our team on several occasions, you did not feel the matter was satisfactorily resolved.
As I advised following your email, however, while the activity you observed may have appeared unusual, we cannot characterise another guest's behaviour as suspicious or infer unlawful activity without evidence to support that conclusion. Our responsibility is to address behaviour that disrupts other guests or presents a genuine safety concern. In this instance, our night team did speak with the guest concerned regarding the noise complaint.
I appreciate your suggestion regarding overnight security and additional monitoring. For clarification, the hotel is secured after hours, with the external doors requiring guest key access. Nevertheless, your comments regarding our overnight procedures have been noted and will be considered as we continue to review hotel security and guest comfort.
Thank you again for raising your concerns directly with both our team and management. I regret that the room condition, shower issues and overnight disturbance detracted significantly from your stay, and I appreciate the opportunity to respond.

All.up 4 star Clean room lovely meal ( Room service was prompt and food very good )
Bathroom could use a little updating as in a brighter light and maybe replacing bath curtain and exhaust fan for steam. Room was quiet. 11th floor.
Comfortable King bed Room was a little dark but this didn't matter too much as was exhausted from.a long flight and need to do work online.
Have stayed a few times and always in general I feel rested and enjoy a pleasant stay. Will stay again! Thank you staff.

Nice Hotel in Perth
We stayed here for two weeks in November 2025 as part of our tour around Perth and visiting the first Ashes Cricket Test at the nearby Optus Stadium.
We arrived a week before the test started which we’re glad we did as it was less quiet which made it easier for us to book trips and restaurants etc.
We only had a couple of breakfasts at the hotel as we much preferred to eat out at local establishments.
The bar area was nice with a good selection of drinks. Staff were friendly and welcoming too.
The rooms were nice as were the beds which were nice and comfy.
Location was very good too with bus stops nearby though it was only a 20 minute walk into the city.

Great place to stay. Reasonably priced good rooms excellent breakfast and an Irish pub thrown in for good measure.
