Osprey Apartments sijaitsee kohteessa Mooloolaba lähellä lentokenttää. Näissä yksilöllisesti sisustetuissa ja kalustetuissa huoneissa on oleskelualue ja niissä on myös työpöytä. Tämän 4 tähden huoneistohotellin huoneissa on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku, ilmaiset hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja. Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. 35-tuumainen taulutelevisio, kaapelikanavat. Lisäksi huoneissa on silitysrauta/-lauta ja kattotuulettimet. Siivous on saatavilla viikottain. Käytössäsi on ulkouima-allas ja poreallas. Muihin vapaa-ajan palveluihin kuuluu kuntosali.

A little gem
Large room and space as the self contained apartment run the full length of the building, good ventilation throughout
Well insulated apartments, very little noise from neighbours
Great views from balcony as the apartment complex is set up on the hill even from ground floor apartments
Well maintained apartments and lifts
Jan is an excellent host and manager and always extremely helpful with local knowledge and advice
Spacious pool enclosed from street view and BBQ areas for relaxation and outdoor entertainment

Great location, quiet sleeps, semi-modern
This area is expensive, but for value for money, I would definitely choose to stay here again! The staff were wonderful, friendly and dealt with our smoke alarm problem immediately and stored our suitcases on arrival and departure.
We were on level 4, in the central tower. While we were first concerned about the lack of afternoon sunshine, it was not at all a problem. From the patio we could watch the sun rise over the sea and had it on us until about 2pm. We rearranged seating to suit, and the warm air temperature still made it pleasant sitting outside.
The pool is fantastic with quiet, sheltered, semi-private spots to sit on the recliner deckchairs. The spa is hot and clean. The gardens are kept immaculately.
Our apartment had modern furniture, comfortable beds and carpeted areas. The living area faces the sea and the two bedrooms are to the back of the unit resulting in very quiet sleeping conditions, with ranchsliders to another patio (which we didn't use). This view was not as appealing, but the apartments behind were being repainted while we were there, which made a huge difference.
The ensuite bathroom had been refurbished nicely, however I have only given 4 stars because I felt the second bathroom (which also acts as the laundry) and toilet is in need of a refurb - cracked tiles, steamy when showering (window opens to neighbouring patio) and shower is over an old bath. This area is ready for a deep clean. We paid extra to have the twin beds made up into a queen, which should have provided more room, but there was nowhere to put an open suitcase, no drawers and only one bedside cabinet with a lamp (we like to read). The kitchen is functional and clean (some damage to the bench), but ready for an upgrade. These are small problems and did not detract from our wonderful holiday on the Sunshine Coast!
