A PERFECT HAVEN

Wow what can we say about this accommodation, it is a fabulous “home from home” a real “haven” and more!!! Diana and Barry are such a lovely couple and were so friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was brilliant. Just what we needed after long days exploring the area. The fridge was full of fresh goodies and the kitchen is equipped with every gadget you could ever need! The outside patio was great for a cuppa or a glass of wine. Views from the dining area over central Launceston are magnificent. Diana is passionate about her beautiful garden and the topiary plants are amazing, she must devote most of her time doing this.
It is only a short walk to Cataract Gorge which is a “must see” for anyone visiting Launceston.
We cannot praise this accommodation highly enough.

Great place to stay with generous hospitality

A lovely spot on the hill close to town in Launceston. A free standing one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and amenities. Very well provisioned with Breakfast and kitchen supplies and pantry staples. Lots of thought and care has gone into setting up the space. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Hosts even went out of their way to drive us to our concert. Unbelievable hospitality and lovely Tassie experience.

Best accommodation in Launceston

This is one of the best accomodations I have stayed at. It is spotless and very comfortable. Everything you could want is supplied. A full kitchen with clean and modern appliances. Cooking utensils. And very generous food supplies - both in the fridge and the pantry. It is super quiet and the garden is lovely. Really couldn’t fault it. It is about a 10 minute walk to the CBD but to be honest we didn’t bother. We ate in every night as we had everything we could want. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place

Lovely hosts. Fantastic garden and private patio.
Great, very quiet location close to the Gorge and walking distance to IGA. Short drive to the city.
Excellent, self contained apartment. Top quality furniture, appliances and fittings.
Very clean. Generous supply of high quality breakfast supplies. Fully equipped kitchen. Too many quite surprising and useful additions to mention.
The only small disappointment was an old TV with a limited range of accessible channels.

Out of this world!

Stayed at Topiary Haven with Diana and Barry for three nights. I have stayed in a lot of places on this earth but this just blew me away! The attention to detail is outstanding - everything you could want or need has been anticipated. The provisions for breakfast lasted us the three days for all our meals but one lunch ( we ventured out for that) as well as an amazing antipasto platter one night. Can not fault this place - if I had known how beautiful it was I would have booked there for a week ! The gardens are luscious and beautiful - you feel like you are in a lovely villa in Italy. So if you go to Launceston stay here - you can’t beat it. And what’s even better it’s very reasonably priced. So thank you Diana and Barry - we will be back - regards Karen and Mark from Port Stephens.
