Not worth the money

A 2 star hotel will be more than enough for this hotel: bad location, old fourniture, bad food, most hotel cards don't work due to the malfunctioning of the corresponding machine. For the same budget i would recommend Charm Chikh hotel.

Dreadful service, not recommended

Terrible place, a colleague and myself booked two rooms only to arrive early in the morning to find out that there is no room available in the hotel. We were told to be transferred to another hotel. As i write we are still waiting (three hours after). Staff is terrible unfriendly and not helpful at all. No apology was issued, no incurred costs covered. Dreadful experience.
In addition, the place is in a terrible location. To be avoided.

Depuis son ouverture en 2001, où il était bien côté aucune rénovation mais à part changement de la dalle de sol et quelques salles de bain.
Personnel non qualifié qui paraît sur exploité
L'hôtel travaille principalement avec des entreprises avec lesquelles il a signé des conventions. Ces entreprises n'inspectent pas les lieux et ne s'intéresse pas au feedback de ses employés.
Le seul point positif, la propriété des chambres.

Médiocre

Tres bon accueille mais Pas de Wi-Fi dans les chambres pas de signal satellite loin du centre ville deffaitllence au niveau de la salle de bain (douchette) ,prix cher par apport de la qualité de service
