Catastrophic and dishonest

Catastrophic stay from start to finish. Pure and simple dishonesty regarding prices: the rate charged had nothing to do with the one from the reservation, without the slightest justification. We witnessed a scandal every day during our stay from unhappy customers. Between the repeated billing errors and the generalized incompetence, the establishment seems to be managed haphazardly. But the worst part remains the reception; when we simply asked for explanations regarding this price difference, we were insulted by the front desk staff. To top it all off, it is impossible to find a solution with a manager who is nowhere to be found as soon as a dispute arises, leaving his staff to fend for themselves against unhappy customers rather than taking responsibility. Total contempt for the customer, no professionalism, no respect. Absolutely avoid this hotel if you do not want to ruin your stay.

Do not book at this hotel under any circumstances; they confirm your reservation at this hotel, then once you arrive, they send you to another hotel without a pool, without anything! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Disappointing

Disappointed with the reception at the front desk, no responsiveness, too much waiting,
We settled in as a family to eat while waiting, but the wait at the restaurant was even worse, a plate served for one person and no water on the table or drinks
High prices for a mediocre meal and a long wait, so we decided to leave
Spa and hammam prices are extra

Run Run Run Run Run Run this hotel

Avoid this hotel at all costs. A truly nightmarish experience.
There is no clearly identified management, no opportunity for discussion, and staff who are apathetic, careless, and completely disengaged (no badges or defined roles).
The dining room manager is extremely unpleasant. We were deeply disappointed by the poor quality of service provided.
We strongly do not recommend this establishment, which reflects neither the comfort nor the standards expected of a true 4 star hotel. A real disgrace to the image of hospitality in Algeria.
A complete disaster: no security, a cramped and chaotic parking area, poorly trained staff, and a total lack of respect for customers. An unacceptable establishment. A real hovel.
Run away from this hotel. An experience that was simply nightmarish.
No clearly identified responsibilities, no opportunity for dialogue, apathetic, nonchalant staff and little concern for customers (no badge or indication of function).
The ward manager is particularly unsympathetic. We were extremely disappointed by the quality of the services offered.
We definitely do not recommend this property, which does not reflect the comfort and standards expected of a true 4-star hotel. A real shame for the image of the hotel industry in Algeria.
A total disaster: no security, cramped and chaotic parking, poorly trained staff and a profound lack of respect for customers. An unworthy establishment. A real slum.
ننصح بتجنب هذا الفندق تمامًا. تجربة كارثية بكل المقاييس.
لا توجد إدارة واضحة أو مسؤولة، ولا أي إمكانية للحواار، كما ان الموظفين غير مبالين، يفتقرون إلى الاترافية، ولما يبطاقاقت تعريف أو توضيؓ لمهامهم.
مسؤول قاعة المطعم غير ودود على الإطلاق، وقد شعرنا بخيبة أمل كبيرة بسببب تدني مستوى الخدمات المقدمة.
لا نوصي بهذا الفندق نهائيًا، إذ لا يعكس لا الراحة ولا المعاييير المتوقعة من فندق مصنف أربع نجوم. إنه إساءة لصورة قطاع الفندقة في الجزائر.
فوضى كاملة: غياب تام للأمن، موقف سيارات ضيق ومُنظم بشكل سيئ، موظفن غير مؤهلن، وانعدام الاحترام تجاه النزلاء. مؤسسة لا تليق بأن تُسمى فندقًا.
