Fantastic

Had a fantastic time! There was a problem with a water main, we immediately had an upgrade and were helped enormously well. The villa we were in for the water supply was already beautiful but where we were placed afterwards was abnormally beautiful. We had sea view and the villa was very new and fully equipped. The staff was super, were helped with a big smile by the staff and they thought along with everything.

Accommodation and location perfect, cleaning service not

The accommodation was fine, but there are a couple of downsides that influenced our stay:
- There is no cleaning during the stay, although staff enters the accommodation every day unless you tell them not to. We were in an accommodatie for 6 people and stayed for a week. There was no cleaning during this week. Furthermore, the towels that were dirty, were taken, but not replaced. So handing in 6 towels means you have 6 less towels...
- The bedlinnen were supposed to be changed at day four (this is explained on a brochure that lies in the accommodation), but this did not happen (I know because I had the same stain on my pillow case).
- The backdoor of our accommodation was open every evening we came back to our accommodation. Even the front door was open one day...
Something positive: the two swimming pools are nice and the restaurant Koló is a great place. You have an extra great time at Koló if Quincy is present.

Good location, but…

The location was nice, and the property was beautiful. The villa accommodated our group of 6 well with plenty of room to hang our scuba gear to dry outside. However, one upstairs shower flooded and 2 other bathroom sinks leaked causing quite the mess. The television didn’t work and the property didn’t seem
interested in fixing anything, just putting us off until our stay was over.

Had a wonderful holiday

Beautiful villa with large rooms. Everything was neat only in the kitchen were some defects. The door of the freezer has detached twice from the front panel, there were 2 wheels missing from the bottom rack of the dishwasher so it was pulled out crookedly. But otherwise had a wonderful stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Also good food at the restaurants of the resort.

Poor communication

Well happy and happy we were not , first time no day pass because pool was cleaned ( was not known to us and the site).
Second time no day pass was given on Saturday ( also here was referenced to the site ) photo indicates otherwise . After 6 years DELPHINS we are very disappointed, poor communication via reception and no response found.

We're sorry to hear that your recent visits were disappointing.
To clarify, your review relates to the purchase of a day pass for our beach rather than a stay at our residences. While we are happy to welcome day guests when occupancy allows, our first priority is always the comfort and experience of our in-house guests. This means that we only offer day passes when the resort is less busy.
On your first visit, one of our pools was closed for scheduled maintenance. With fewer facilities available to our in-house guests, it would not have been appropriate to welcome additional external guests. On your second visit, the resort occupancy was simply too high to accommodate day passes. We understand this was disappointing, but these decisions are made to ensure the best possible experience for guests staying at the resort and in our residences.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the communication. Based on your comments, we will update the information on our website to make it clearer that day passes are offered subject to availability and resort occupancy. We hope this will help set the right expectations for future visitors.
Of course, if you choose to stay with us in the future, you'll be able to enjoy all of our facilities throughout your stay.
