Good place to stay!

Very friendly welcome. Information on what to do in the city and also provided a roadmap for city walk. Nice location on the river IJssel. Quiet rooms, with a desk as well as good chairs. Water pressure in shower fine. Comfortable bed. Breakfast low priced with plenty of choice.
Free parking is available at a 4-minute walk, at the station/police station. In front of the door / in the street is paid parking (sometimes the hotel has a few spaces available, but reservations cannot be made)

location is great

Nice experience on the quay, e bike can be inside, rooms are fine, view less, good breakfast. It's a pity they don't draught special beers. Owner and wife stop at the end of the year,

Last one. Day of cycling around the Ijselmeer

The reception is very warm, friendly and very pleasant. Welcoming is lived here. The bar is well stocked and the prices totally ok! Other guests have already written that the location is perfect.
What we didn't know beforehand was: there is no fridge. (There would also be no room for it) 2 suitcases cannot be put down in this double room to open at the same time.
The bathroom is so small that you can go to the toilet and wash your hands at the same time.
The built-in wardrobe smells musty and is therefore only suitable for rain jackets.
Breakfast fell through, again just the touch of thin tasteless cheese we had in every hotel on our 8-day round trip. No vegetables, for vegans it is not recommended here.

Top tip from Kampen..

Booked a room here for the first time, but I will definitely do that more often! Beautiful room, lovely people, nice view of the IJssel, clamp against the city center of Kampen, and a fine breakfast, and that for a tight price. After 1 minute you are in the center full of nice restaurants.

Extremely friendly

You feel welcome from the moment you enter. Everything is well arranged. If you are by car you will receive a free parking ticket, if you are by bike you can store it inside. There is a bar with bar stools and seating. There is a very good and full breakfast. The room was neat, very clean and nicely decorated, the bathroom was small, nice was that you got a washcloth in addition to the towels.
