Great relaxing experience in area

Great hotel, very welcoming staff that genuinely want to take good care of their guests. Food is good, very nice breakfast and friendly service all around.
Will be back again for sure!

✨ What a surprise in Beam Bridge! ✨
Hotel Eetcafé d’Olde Heerd is a hidden gem. Warm welcome, delicious meals and a cozy room with everything you need. The Mood is friendly and welcoming as if you were coming home. The breakfast is top notch, and the pub provides evening fun. Perfect for a weekend getaway or group outing. We will definitely be back! ️

Never book here!!!

Tja. I had already heard a lot bad about this hotel but since it is the only location I had booked anyway -in April 2025. On the night of the booking at 7 pm I am told -like friends of mine-; we have overbooked; you cannot enter. Which turned out; people who had paid equally at the time of booking went for previously made reservations without direct payment. Alternatively, I was offered a ‘chalet’; ten minutes drive from this location. I had already heard that this was offered more often and also knew that these are old, neglected chalets where the shower is broken, the door cannot be locked and many temporary workers have to spend their night. It is scandalous that ‘exclusive rights’ in a region can do this to hotel guests.

Very poor

Through a filthy loft, down narrow stairs to a stuffy room. After arrival within half an hour suffer from itching, blocked cavities.
"Room" is cramped, overage. Shower old and dirty, black mold.
In addition located on a very busy road, parking on busy road.
Not hotel worthy
I ran away from it.

Had a wonderful time

We have had a very welcoming and personal welcome! Very sweet, nice owners. We had a great dinner there in the evening (recommended!) and the breakfast was also super. Really got our money's worth. Nice hotel room with all basic amenities available. Super!
