Fabulous!

Brilliant campsite! We stayed on a grass pitch with electric hookup. All the tents go round the edge leaving a lovely grassy space in the middle for the kids to play. Lovely views from the campsite. Showers were warm and clean. Toilets were clean. Owner was very friendly and really helpful - gave us directions for a great walk into Ironbridge which took us about 20-25 minutes. Firepits were great and needed in May! The campsite is quite rustic but we absolutely loved it and hope to stay again.

Beautiful site, in a stunning location

Just returned from an amazing stay. We took our tent and camped onsite. Been camping many places over the years and this is now my firm favourite site.
We stayed in the main field with other tents and cabins, your not aloud to drive on the field so you fill large wheelbarrows and take to your pitch - really lovely not having cars around once set up.
Nice spacious pitches.
Showers and toilets are lovely and clean, nice warm electric showers *my only suggestion would be maybe a shelf in the showers for you shampoo etc.
The surroundings of this sites are stunning green fields as far as the eye can see.
We loved the location too. We brought a pass to the Ironbridge museums and visited many including Blist Hill Victorian living museum and the famous irongorge bridges, all no more than 10minutes from the site. We took a trip into Telford town centre which again was only a short drive away.
On a walk close to the site, we were fortunate to see a variety of animals in various fields. We found a lovely well looked after park nearby in a small housing estate.
We loved the location and there is soo much to do in a short distance from the site.
We will be back! As we ran out of time to visit / explore near the site!
Coalbrookdale is a beautiful park of the country to visit.

So glad we came :-)

Love it!
Small, clean and friendly.
Campers, campervans and glampers will find a lovely site, very close to the town, with a lovely view and friendly people.
Our children had a great time playing with other kids in full sight of us. We made friends with other families.
Cars are kept away in a car park which is a one minute walk away. There are very useful wheelbarrows available to carry any kit.
I definitely recommend.

Great campsite

Loved our stay at this campsite, smaller site which suits us and friendly owner, offered food advice for local attractions. Good price for electric hook up, makes it more inviting to book again.
Short walk into Ironbridge which was appealing for us.
Clean showers and toilets, nearer to the electric hook up plot.
Pods are on site at a good price which we will definitely try on our next visit.

Great for Family's

This is a lovely, family orientated camp site with camping huts on one side and then tent pitches around the rest of the camping field, leaving the large central area free to play football, cricket, frisbee or whatever takes your fancy. What is unusual is that cars are not allowed on to the camping area but must be parked away from the tents. To make things easier, large wheelbarrows are available to transport all your camping gear to and from the tent. There are free showers with plenty of hot water, a freezer shed and an area to wash dishes, although in reality its only possible for one lot of washing up to take place at a time. Its a twenty minute downhill walk following public footpaths: into the centre of Ironbridge and a very well stocked Co-op. All in all a very pleasant site.
