Good.

I stayed 3 nights in the hotel and overall it was good.
breakfast included (egg, bacon, cassoulet, bread set, jam, cereals etc).
Unfortunately the bed creaked otherwise it was great.
several bus station nearby a - 30 minutes to the big ben, buckingham palace, St James park, notthing hill.
not enough shower gel and shampoo
I advise for 2/3 nights but no more

A great place to stay in London

I've stayed at 72QT twice recently, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast. My room was small and basic but very clean and comfortable. Very reasonable prices for a London hotel.

Perfect for the London trip

Very central accommodation, a few minutes to the subway, room and bathroom both very clean and incredibly nice reception. Breakfast included, all top for a city break. We recommend it gladly and will come back. On departure we were prepared a breakfast to go.

Great stay in London at affordable price

It is a cheap b&b if you book months in advance and von booking can be done safely. Small but clean room, essential facilities present, clean shared bathroom, quiet house. Very kind ladies of reception, available for takeaway breakfast since we left early in the morning. Excellent location within walking distance of Kensington Gardens, the tube and in the next street shops and supermarkets. Half an hour's walk from Notting Hill. Yeah, great. I have booked for two more stays in London.

Good location

72 QT Guest House was our last stop on a 2 week trip to England. Unfortunately it was also our longest stay. This location is ok for 1-2 nights but very small rooms, you could barely walk around the bed. The room was very stark and not very clean the carpet was dirty, the TV was covered in dust. Beyond the bed the room contained two night stands and on old kitchen chair. No place to sit other than the bed. Breakfast was made to order from minimal choices. Staff were friendly and usually available. Pros - location, near subway and train stations, cost is substantial less than others in the area, hence why we chose this location, safe neighborhood. This would not be a good place for families due to the size of the rooms and the lack of any common space or lobby.
