My room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The room was compact but had everything needed Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was simple and close to the hotel (helpful considering the size of my suitcase!). The hotel bar had a good selection of beers on tap. Overall a great stay.

We were okay in this hotel but it isn't very fancy. It does feel clean. Our double bed was 2 thin twins pushed together. Things look aged. It is attached to a building that is in ruins. Not much of a view to Russia but you can see it. Breakfast was okay and lots of options. We had a room with balcony which was nice for some fresh air. The bathroom shower sprayed all over the bathroom floor as was designed that way. Surface parking was included. The spa in the basement was in great condition and quite good.

Cool stay, super hot room in the summer. Beautiful picture windows and long summer days means the 4th floor gets real toasty even with windows open at night. Powerful oscillating fan provided but no AC, just be aware. Get the breakfast and spa add-on – absolutely worth it. Four different types of saunas for unique experiences. Narva is fascinating; the hotel is super convenient being in the centre of town. Easy to get to by bus. A very memorable experience, thank you!

Narva Hotel, one of the very few hotels in Narva was a perfect place to spend the night. Very comfortable sleep and so close to the wonderful castle of Narva. Plus the Bicycle rental is also just walking distance. Their breakfast is amazing and they have such wonderful staff who made some of the best coffee we have had in Estonia. However, Narva is not a destination for tourists, it's for those who just want to soak in the culture of estonia with russian influence.

Beds, linen are very basic with low quality cheap mattress.
In hallways and rooms, it smells very cheap deodorant.
Room was large but very basic.
Breakfast was ok, no much choice.
It is really overpriced for the room low quality. I wont stay again at this hotel.
