Silver sands location is excellent, the 2 pools are very nice well ket , ibe been coming here since 2015. That's 11 years highly recommended

Not recommended. The hotel is old. Mold and cockroaches
For starters, we're not cocky and we've rested in different places. But this, especially in Thailand (which is our third trip here) - I haven't met... The hotel's big plus is its good location. The grounds aren't big, but cozy. 2 swimming pools. There are tables and shops around the grounds. The beach right across the street is a nice beach, there are plenty of lounge chairs (50baht semi-lying and 100 lounge chairs with mattress). Near 7/11 on two sides, tops store (alcohol and night can be bought, well, that's who went out)))... The market with the mill is 7-10 minutes walking step (leave the hotel to the left).. BUT... The reception service is terrible. The rude (not all) who are not interested in helping the guests... 2 buildings - one of them without balconies (standard). Note this, as few places state that the standard is without a balcony, and the superior is with a balcony. We were given a room on the 3rd floor (without an elevator) and without a balcony. We weren't happy with that and they asked us to move in - it was refused, like no rooms with balcony and they won't be available for 10 days. We spent the night and turned again the next morning, but on a different shift. The room was given, but with the surcharge of 4200baht for 12 nights - we agreed, because without a balcony and 3 floor milking smokers, well this is clearly not the option of vacation ... (i.e. the room with a balcony we came out overnight 2120baht) initially paid for it 85 thousand rubles for 13 nights ....The price is clearly inflated, because even on booking and other aggregators the price is twice as cheap.... The baby spilled juice on the bed. The linen was changed, but left in the room for 24 hours - so that the next day, like catching us in the room and showing it... after a long negotiation, it turned out that they supposedly took it to be washed, but couldn't and returned it to our room))) Cheating clean water)...They didn't even take it. Eventually took a fine 3000 households!!!! When asked to give a dream size and I buy it myself, it's a no. Like this lingerie is made to order)))... The room itself, or rather the furniture, is all old, the beds are loose, hard. In the bathroom mold and cockroaches(. The smell of mold all over the room (when moving not immediately felt it, especially on the joys that the room will have a balcony).... No kettle or hairdryer. The curtains are torn and dirty. In general, the holidays are clearly ruined by the terrible living conditions and staff

The hotel is located near the beach in a quiet area. Perfect for families with kids
Nice hotel with great garden and 2 big swimming pools. It’s a good hotel for the price. We had room with view over the swimming pool near the reception without balcony.
The bed is a little hard but ok. Big room and big bathroom.
The staff are helpful. (Without 1)
There are one thing that I will say that is negative and they should change:
If hotels guests have visitors who want a look at the hotel and they maybe want to buy something from the restaurant; please let them use the swimming pools as a service.
Maybe you will have more customers that will spend more money and order rooms next time they go to Jomtien.
That’s what we call good service.
All other things are good enough for me and I enjoy to stay at the hotel.
Been there before and I will come back!

Holiday for two weeks at this hotel
We booked in to this hotel for one week but we enjoyed it so we booked for two weeks reception staff very helpful rooms very nice food at this hotel was very good service very good hotel and rooms very clean and all the staff was all ways smiling and helpful thanks to all the staff for making sure are holiday was perfect will be back. Eric and Denise x

on the website they say discounted price 950 baht, in front of the hotel a big sign room 1000 baht but they charge 1200 baht.
safe deposits in the room don't work, volume of TV can not be chaged. In the regrigerator you will find some juice for sale which is well past the expiry date. Not the best place to go to
