Hotel and beach
Bungalows were fine. Function and location on the beach good.
The patio was fantastic with sun beds to sit and lie on the terrace.
The view is incredibly beautiful.
Staff at breakfast very serviceminded.
Beach towels are available free of charge.
Something you should know is that the loose-running dogs can come up on the terrace, so if you do not want visitors, you should put for a pool towel at the side of the steep stairs / ladder so that they do not get in. (Maybe something for the hotel to look at and build for).
Good service that you could book a transfer to the airport by boat and taxi to the airport at a reasonable cost on departure.
The hotel could have better garbage bins adjacent to the beach for trash disposal and possibly rake the beach outside the hotel.
(As for the description of the hotel regarding parking available, there are hardly any roads on the island to drive on. It is moped and motorcycle used in transport on the island.)
I can recommend staying overnight at this hotel.

Great hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights in a beachfront bungalow. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews which i don’t understand, This is a lovely hotel with stunning views especially the sunrise, the beach is not busy and so relaxing. Pool is a bonus and all the staff are wonderful. Only thing that could be improved is breakfast, was a little basic but adequate.

Not as expected
Based on the photos we chose Pawapi Resort on Koh Mook as our destination, but this was unfortunately not a good choice. There was little that matched between the pictures and reality.
The bungalow we got awarded bar touch of being well past its best time. It was old and worn, which also made it difficult to maintain a satisfactory cleanliness. The mattress lacked top mattresses, and we experienced in practice lying on metal springs, which was very uncomfortable.
At night we were kept awake for long periods of time by loose dogs on the beach. These dogs also moved close to the guests, both on the beach and inside the resort’s dining area. They seemed characterized by lack of care.
The breakfast offer was very limited, almost absent. The staff, including the management, were friendly and welcoming, but at a price of 5500 baht per night, you expect a completely different level than what was delivered.
The resort has a great potential for improvement, both in terms of maintenance and cleaning up the area. With a proper upgrade this could become a great place – for the beach itself is great.

Disappointing, do not book
Very disappointing, we had to spend 3 nights but did not even stay there. The room was dirty and brown water came out of the taps. They did offer to change our room but it was the same. For 150.-/night, we expect something else and despite the complaints, we still have not been reimbursed. We do not recommend going there

A charming setting but some areas for improvement
We stayed at a Seaview Villa at Pawapi Beach Resort. The room is very large, with charm thanks to its wooden floor, its beautiful wooden bay and its large well equipped balcony (table, chairs and Chilean). The space at the entrance allows you to suspend your belongings, but some additional storage would have been appreciated.
The bathroom is spacious and includes a pleasant outdoor shower. In contrast, the interior shower taps are outdated, and the high shower head was unusable due to the limestone.
Comfort-wise, the bedding is good, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The staff is very kind and attentive, which is a real positive. On the other hand, the breakfast is quite basic.
Overall, the setting is pleasant, but some improvements in maintenance and equipment would make the experience even more enjoyable.
