Attentive Management and Thoughtful Service Recovery

We stayed 11 days at The Splash Koh Chang and overall had a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The location is beautiful, the resort atmosphere is calm, and it’s a lovely place to unwind by the sea.
We would especially like to commend the hotel manager for her professionalism and genuine care for guests. After we shared feedback about the quality of the breakfast coffee, she listened openly, took our comments seriously, and made a real effort to improve the service. As a kind gesture, she even arranged daily vouchers for two cappuccinos, which we truly appreciated. It was not about the vouchers themselves, but about feeling heard and respected as guests.
What impressed us most was her commitment to refining the hotel’s services based on guest feedback. This level of responsiveness and sincerity makes a big difference and reflects positively on the management and team spirit of the resort.
We felt well taken care of and would happily return. With a few refinements, this place has great potential to become even better
