Beat kept hidden secret in Denmark

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hirtshals, Denmark. The location truly cannot be beat—perfectly situated in town and ideal if you’re taking the ferry to Norway. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, adding to the charm and relaxation of the stay. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff that made everything seamless. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A perfect escape—highly recommend.

Consistently good, but breakfast beneath contempt.

Happy with the room , The hotel is very central but the breakfast was the worst we experienced possibly due to low season .

Confused, but happy

Multifaceted experience. I booked at Seafront hotel, but got confirmation e-mail from Skaga Hotel. When I got there I found Hirtshals hotel, with Seafront written in small letters on a logo at the reception, so I walked into the reception. The lady was busy talking to what seemed to be a vendor and I waited patiently. Finally she greeted me, but upon showing the email from Skaga, she told me as was at the wrong hotel and that my hotel was way far on the other side of town. Confused, because Google, the address and my own rather good sense of directions told me otherwise, I started walking in the direction she pointed.
Few yards down the road she came running after me and said she'd been wrong, and I was indeed at the right place.
The room had a stunning wiew of the harbour and the sea, and two really big beds for me and my niece. The windows where indeed dirty, but no wonder with the sea and hard wind. I dried the dirt and water one of them and one hour later it was dirty again.
Breakfast was OK. No bacon or fried eggs, but several types of nice bread, sereal, and everything you need for a hearty breakfast. Stay far, far away from the coffee machine, and have your coffee from the blue thermocans instead!
All in all a nice, but a little run down hotel, close to the ferries and train station, and bang in the senter of town.

A stay to be remembered

I had 4 nights at the hotel due to job search and was impressed by the host's fantastic reception when I arrived. I immediately got the feeling that you trust each other and so was the receptionist and house keeping. Every time we met no matter who it was was asked "eat you something" so my stay was super good. The breakfast was good, though the scramble eggs had gotten a minute or two too much but there was what should be. The view could not be better, a shame it was foggy some days, but in sunshine, super well. I'll come again...

Very nice stay over I Hirtshals

We were 3 couples staying over in Hirtshals for one night at the Seafront (tower).
Spacious rooms with a splendid view!
OMG the roof terrace, hopefully they will get the Jacuzzi going!
Great service from the manager to get us to our ferry departure.
Thank you, so very much!
