Very pleasant stay in this hostel.

We spent a very pleasant stay in this hostel. We had booked a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen and the shared space were very practical and tidy.
The staff is very nice and accommodating (luggage storage...). We were able to rent a waterproof bag for the Aare river descent. The location is very central and perfect for discovering the city :)

My visit was made comfortable by the accessibility of everything in this place.

I'd say the location of this place is a great advantage, and the place also has its own private atmosphere. Everything was clean, all the laundry was replaced, all the instructions provided. There was no problem, and if there was, there was help.

Superb hostel

Superb hostel, clean, well appointed, its location is perfect, in the very center of Bern ☺️
The staff is available and friendly!
I recommend it ☺️

Horrible staffs!!!!

Was a horrible expérience as check in was very late at around 16:00, and informations were not clear, as they gave me my room key while many beds available and they didn't ask me if I prefer lower bed or upper bed, so they chose for me the upper bed without asking me about my preferences, and because of the miscommunication and after I arranged my bed they asked me to move to upper bed to give the lower bed to new arrivals in a very bad manner, which was not fair as I came first and I should be given the chance to choose. Also they don't make your bed upon your arrival, they give you the bed linen and all in you hand to do it yourself even though you checked in late and you need to rest, and they never mentioned that I have to rent a towel for 5 euros in the site , so once I settled I asked for a towel they asked me to pay 5euros extra !!! Also staffs there were not really friendly open to provide any informations and if you font like something they just remind you in a bad manner that that's not a 5 stars hotel and take it or leave it... Was just a horrible experience which I don't wish to repeat it!!!!
