Exceeds your expectations
From the first moment this place felt like a warm home, a rare combination of tranquility, beauty and genuine hospitality. I stayed here from 10 February to 18 February and extended my stay without hesitation and in two weeks I will return with pleasure.
The room was immaculately clean, stylish and spacious, with a beautiful balcony where the river flows gently by. The sound of the water, mixed with the song of birds, creates an almost magical serenity.
But what makes this place truly unforgettable are its people.
Owner Natha radiates pure kindness and care. Sanju went far beyond anything you would expect and was always ready, even with personal help with my visa application. The room attendant also deserves credit for his care, dedication and incredible attention to detail. They didn't make me feel like a guest, they made me feel like family.
Kandy River Lodge is not a stay, it is an experience that touches and stays with you.
