Service at the top

Ideally located hotel, with a sublime breakfast on a very nice terrace. Our thanks to Malik, who helped us enormously in organizing our trip. Thank you for all these attentions and services, we could not have dreamed better.

The best!

What a lovely experience me and my girlfriend had. Mango garden is such a great spot for a great price about 5-10 walk from the centre of Kandy. Large bedrooms in a quiet area with a new view over Kandy.☺️ The breakfast that we had every day was amazing and generous. It was a big plate each with fresh fruits, a bowl of lovely Dahl, eggs, toast and coffee. It was a great start and gave us loads of energy for the day. We highly recommend this place for both solo travelers and groups! If we are going back to Kandy we will without a doubt come back here! Merci, Adam & Lola♥️

Malik - What a great host, boss and man with a great sense of humor which made us feel home and welcomed. Our first day he invited us to an opening for a spice garden where we got a delicious free meal and a tour of all the medicinal plants and different spices. We decided to stay one more night which was absolutely no problem at all. By the time we were leaving for the south part he helped us get a train ticket when we couldn’t figure it out. Thank you so much Malik for all your help, laughs and kindness!
Nimanthi - She’s the lovley receptionist who greeted us every day with a lovley smile and comfort. She helped us with laundry when it was needed and other valuable information! Thank you!
Kana - Kana picked us up when we arrived to Kandy in his tuktuk. He’s a warm kind soul who’s happy to help with anything you want or rides around the town. Thank you Kana!
Nilantha -Nilantha, the best guide we ever had. We booked a day trip to Sigiriya with the thought of going straight there. But no. On the way to Sigiriya we stopped on multiple places, temples and a spice garden he recommended us to see. It was Divine! After a long sweaty hike at Sigiriya he dropped us off at a great place for massage where he patiently waited for us to have a massage. He did a long 12 hour shift with no problem only smiles. Thank you so so much!

Beautiful Mood on the roof terrace

We were there for dinner and got an excellent dish with life music. The waiter and at the same time boss was extremely nice and helpful. We can recommend the restaurant with 5 out of 5 stars.

An unforgettable experience

Wonderful experience in this very authentic guest house, friendly, very well located near Lake Kandy. An unforgettable Welcoming from Malik and his adorable team, it feels like home. Time is suspended... We would have stayed there longer. Malik welcomed us so generously, gave us valuable tips for visits, allowed us to live local life as close as possible, far from the tourist trails. A journey in the journey. Much more than a guest house, a place of life of all beauty by its simplicity, softness, authenticity. Thanks to Malik, we were also able to attend the Perahera in unique conditions, yet one of those moments we will not forget. We will be back, thank you very much.

Stay in Kandy - hotel Mango Garden

A very warm welcome, the staff with little care, simple but functional rooms and the boss Malik ( speaks French ) very friendly goes out of his way to offer you all the good deals. Not to mention the driver house Milan who makes perfectly the guide and driver very careful
