Stunning view

Incredible view in downtown.
Modern hotel with very warm welcome.
Choose rooms with valley views even if it is a little more expensive.
Hearty and complete breakfast.

View fantastic, breakfast good, room worn and without windows, one can look out of.

Great location with best unspoiled views to Little Adams Peak and Ella Rock. Good breakfast.
Fine view from common areas.
The room on the lower floor was completely closed with no view at all. Very worn room and bathroom. Looks a little nutsy.
Although there were posters with different food for the evening and an open kitchen, we could not be allowed to order.
Require a view room when ordering, they look much better.

Do not book this hotel

I had a long standing confirmed booking here that has just been cancelled. I’m due to fly out to Sri Lanka next week. Now I’m scrambling. There are fewer options at this late stage and they’re more expensive. Clearly you can not book this hotel with any confidence. FWIW I made my booking with booking.com. I am beyond angry.

Stunning views, nice room and hotel, amazing driver/guide

When they say this hotel has the best views in Ella, they're not wrong. It was stunning, both from the restaurant and our room balcony. Rooms are spacious and clean, a little outdated, Staff were friendly and they have the best guide Sunny. He took us everywhere in the hotel tuk tuk and even to places we didn't have on our list. He also organised some train tickets to our next destination. Fantastic experience at this hotel in a very beautiful part of Sri Lanka.
