Nice hotel
I have now stayed at the NH Hotel Weinheim repeatedly, mainly to visit my daughter who lives nearby. In April, I had recommended this hotel to friends from the USA. They liked it, too. Everything here, from booking to check-in and personal requests, just always works great. Very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoy being here and am already looking forward to my next booking. I am happy to recommend the NH Hotel Weinheim

We arrived 40 mins after our check in time and was told that our rooms would not be ready for another 30 mins. We were then informed that the restaurant or the bar was not open as everything was shut on a Sunday. I think this should be clear on the website as we travelled from Europe expecting to be able to get some food on arrival after an early start that morning. There was no local restaurants open as apparently nothing opens on a Sunday in Weinheim which is why you would think that the hotel would open the restaurant to cater for their guests. We ended up ordering take away pizza and sitting outside in the garden as it was a nice evening. Thankfully the weather was nice enough to do this as the only other option would have been getting a taxi to the local town which was 30 mins away.

My stay at NH Weinheim
I particularly liked the very good location of the accommodation as well as the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was also varied and delicious, so you could start the day off right.

The Best place to stay in Germany
I stayed with a tour group for two nights. The rooms were delightful and the food great. I fogot my purse at the hotel. But the best thing that happened to me was seeing how honest and helpful the staff were. The purse was found by guest services and returned to the front deak. Henrik Voll- the managerdid everything to make me happy again. The purse was found and delivered to me with everything inside. I willl be going back!!!!

Great service and e-bike friendly, delicious breakfast
Great service, very nice and helpful staff. We arrived as a group of four relatively late in the evening with 4 e-bikes, and extra space was made for us and an additional room was opened so that we could safely park and charge our bikes overnight.
The breakfast was very delicious and extensive with fresh egg dishes, high-quality juices, and fresh fruit.
The only downside was that a part of the bathroom was obviously cleaned very poorly (or not at all) when we arrived. All glass surfaces (all 3 mirrors and the shower wall) were full of streaks and spots and immediately caught the eye as dirty. I don't know if the cleaning person simply accidentally forgot the glass surfaces while cleaning or if this is actually the standard... The rest of the room was clean! Since we were only there for one night, it was already quite late, and everything else was perfect, we overlooked it and only 'complained' about it at checkout. Apart from the small defect in our room, the hotel is absolutely recommended.
