Does not fit my HOTEL criteria

Unfulfilled expectations.
Suburbs of Munich, in a spartan, industrial-like structure that has little to offer.
Courteous reception,
Structure exploited and not renovated.
Small room, with a bath that would need to be redone.
Room with twin beds (booked a double room) only the bedspread , without the sheet and a sack with a light duvet.
Premise 3 star hotel !!
Besides, if there was a sheet, my feet would not have come out, holy stockings spare!!!
Although as I lay my bag on the cabinet in front of the bed, I see many , but many glass marks, furniture really used and ruined.
I open the cupboards in the dressing room, a stale smell.
Come on we have to do 2 nights....
We wake up, we go flying, salty little stuff but at least something was there! Sweet little and nothing ... for us Italians the sweet breakfast is a miss!!!
We go out all day.
We arrive after 14 hours, tired and here is the surprise the room was not redone!
But do you think .. a 3 star or I chose a B&B or Hostel....
Positive note parking in front of Hotel.
Everything else is not commentable.

Disappointing

Location was very good for us, staff very friendly, free beer and water per person.
Unfortunately, the rooms are totally run down, carpet dirty, bed sagged, furniture has had its best time.
Unfortunately, there was still food from its predecessor in the fridge, as well as a hat next to the dresser on the floor.
Very disappointing for such a good review and not worth 170€ per night for us.

In an industrial area next to a container storage yard. Very new highway exit, but hard to tell it is a hotel from outside. Very clean but Spartan. No soap in shower (one by sink which they expect you to use for shower as well, but you would have to exit the shower to get some soap, so not sure hot that works). We had not brought our own soap, so we had to skip showering.
Breakfast was simple but good. Service at breakfast also good. Front desk was closed before 7 pm so key left in lock box outside.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, excellent for business travelers. Free parking and easy to come.
