Nice location in a park, friendly staff and affordable price, nice breakfast buffet, but the room was a bit bright in the night due to brightly coloured curtains.

Worst hotel ever

If I could give this hotel less than 0 stars, I would.
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give this place below 0 stars, I would.
The room was filthy from the moment we arrived. The bed sheets were stained and looked like they hadn’t been changed. The bathroom and other areas of the room were dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel made us feel uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the TV didn’t work, there was no air conditioning, and the windows were broken and wouldn’t even open, leaving the room hot and unbearable.
When we politely brought these issues to the staff, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, we were told, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” That level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, or its guests. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else. There are far better places to stay than this one.
I would never return and would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel.

It was quite warm and there was no air conditioning. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Only one small shelf above the sink to place toiletries. Lighting in bathroom is poor for makeup and too far to get close unless you step into the shower. The location is good if you want a quiet neighbourhood with a park close by. There is a bus service in front and it’s walking distance into the town (Passing). The breakfast is okay if you don’t mind continental. The best part of the stay is the outside property and Ugo’s Restaurant next door gets a five star rating for the food. It is Italian cuisine and there was a steady stream of local neighbours picking up pizza to go!

Quiet and simple. I felt comfortable and would gladly return.

Hello everyone,
We are not talking about a 5-star hotel.
The rooms are clean, although a little color would do the walls good.
One is in Munich, and one wants to experience something rather than stay in the room watching television. The beds are okay; I have slept worse in hotels. The ceiling and wall lighting is amusing but fits the style.
The breakfast is acceptable. I did not hear the elevator, although the hotel is very soundproof.
The staff is very friendly, and the location of the hotel is very quiet.
The restaurant is a little hidden gem, very delicious.

STAY AWAY! STAFF HAS NO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER, ROOM IS DIRTY LIKE IN A HORROR MOVIE

We travel a lot but never thought that our wish to relax in the hotel after a long day trip in the mountains will be our very worst experience ever. I already know the hotel is quite old but never realised that it is also SO DIRTY, furnitures are worn off and rusty, cupbaords are absolutely dirty with lots of stains, sink is clogged and some walls are full of spider web. Breakfast area even stinks, basic food selection and the plates and utensils are even dirty. But the worst of all -- STAFF ARE VERY RUDE and CUNNING, even have the audacity to tell us that we only wanted a discount,
and because we wanted a cheap accommodation, this is it what we are getting. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER. About 150€ for 1-night is not cheap at all in Munich area..The location is not even in the city area. It is still quite far from Pasing and really far from Marienplatz. 1-Star rating is too much for this hotel. STAY AWAY from this horror hotel, if you want value for your money and save yourself from heartache. There are lots of good hotels in Munich cheaper than this, search and book somewhere else. We were just so tired that we blindly booked this hotel and even stayed there for a night.
