Fantastic family room with a bunk bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice bakery and Lidl next door. Easy into town. Saw the eclipse - wow!

Air conditioning noisy. No eye glass in room doors to check who was knocking before opening.
Room clean, nice bathroom, good shower pressure.
Comfy mattress topper on bed.

Well located 2 mins walk from U-Bahn station. A supermarket either side and other shops around.
Hotel was good value, clean and suitable for a couple of days stay as a family. The family room (1 double & 1 bunk) was quite small compare to some hotels, but was not a problem as we were not there much.
Breakfast had a good selection to set us up for the day.

I stayed in the hotel with my family (wife and two kids) in June. The room was a little bit small but efficient. Kids stayed in the bunk and we stayed in the king size bed. The beds were comfy. The room was silent. Air condition was working fine. Bathroom was with good water pressure. Nothing to complain about the room except its size. Breakfast was good. Boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, 2 types of cheese, 4 types of salami, a few tapas, 3 types of jam, honey, fruits, yoghurt, coffee machine, toaster etc. all were fine. Reception was friendly. The hotel is 150 meters away from the metro station (WestendStrasse-U5). There are DM and Lidl stores just 30 meters away. Also, there is a very nice Italian Bistro Da Battista if you get hungry.

This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room smelled terrible from the moment we walked in, and the odor never went away. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, and they didn't even replace or provide fresh towels.
The parking area was filthy, yet they still charged us €25 per day to use it, which is completely unacceptable.
When I asked for a coffee, they wouldn't even provide a simple paper cup. The level of customer service was shocking, and it felt like they were trying to save money on every little thing at the expense of their guests.
Overall, the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and offered terrible service. It was a complete waste of money, and I would never stay here again. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
