First time traveller to Germany from USA, staff spoke great Deutsch and English. Easy check in and out. One of the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. After my flight in, I slept over 12 hours! Bathroom was clean along with the entire hotel. All around amazing stay and I would definitely go back.

We were surprised by this hotel, we really liked it, we had a little trouble checking in but it all worked out with patience, theres hardly any staff around. Whuch we didnt mind as we were out everyday day. We did enjoy staying there as it was clean, comfortable, and would stay again.

We come very late and 24 hours check-in machine didn't work so we didn't get in room and no one to help because everything is operating AI. Deeply regrettable experience with new wave of service of clients.

Bad experience

The room was ok, but the overall experience was completely crisis. Problems with automatic check-in. We had booked 5 rooms, several of them lacked soap we asked that this had to be filled on my nothing was done. Shower head on the one bathroom was defective and sink tight.
Last night there were problems with the website and key, took over an hour and get help to get into the room.
Not recommended.
