A LOST Place
The tables have quirks and in clad columns are cracks, and on the windows to the side the plaster is on the floor. The veneer chips off at the foot of the benches. We were in the first occupancy of dinner until 7 p.m. At 6.50 p.m., you're emphatically cashed in.
If the service was on the guest and not with the loud heavy covering of the breakfast dishes, then you would have had 100% more drinks sales at our table every night. Not 20 minutes pass without the service dishes falling to the floor.If you ask the restaurant manager on the second evening about the table, she gives the hint of the table number with the reference she had already said that the night before. The room we had not in the hotel but in the associated beach residence.The room was nice.

What the previous speakers have to complain about in the kitchen I cannot share in the approach. The food was good to very good. The fact that the meat from the previous evening is used up in a successful salad I think is very good.
Unfortunately, I had to ask for toilet paper at the reception which ran out.
I don’t think that’s a bad thing, the starting discussion at the reception then again is. Never argue with a customer, you learn that in the first week of vocational school, but if the head walks through the hotel and doesn't say good morning to the guests how should the employees know. Regarding the toilet paper we were given two nights underground parking. The approach of wanting is present.
The service staff is very helpful.
Somehow, the quality of the food and the variety doesn't match the rest of the house.
There's probably a huge inversion jam here.
Can I judge it professionally, but no my wife, who is from the industry and has been in the hotel industry worldwide for 25 years.
How this hotel holds the stars is a mystery.

Enjoy the fabulous world in Binz.
2. The wellness area is absolutely amazing. Many saunas and an extra hammer, a cold chamber.
3. The breakfast, a feast for the eyes in this class, includes beer and a bloody Mary. Okay, we didn't use it, but somehow it's nice.
4. Hotel offer for a golf taster? No problem, it's free on top.
5. Here, one can truly let their soul dangle, and it is fun that everyone, really everyone, is absolutely friendly and nice.
6. Booked directly on the hotel website and received some goodies on top.
7. Is there anything to complain about?
No, anyone who complains here is somehow wrong.

Deine Begeisterung zu lesen macht uns wirklich stolz.
Wie schön, dass du so viele Bereiche unseres Hauses genießen konntest – vom Wellnessbereich mit den Saunen und der Kältekammer über das Frühstück bis hin zu den kleinen Extras und Angeboten rund um den Aufenthalt.
Besonders freut uns dein großes Lob an unser gesamtes Team. Dass du die Atmosphäre im Hotel als herzlich erlebt hast, bedeutet uns unglaublich viel. Genau so möchten wir, dass sich unsere Gäste bei uns fühlen: ankommen, abschalten und einfach eine gute Zeit haben.
Auch dass dir unsere zusätzlichen Angebote und Goodies positiv aufgefallen sind, freut uns sehr. Vielen Dank für deine lieben Worte und deine Empfehlung – schöner kann man es kaum beschreiben.
Für deine nächste Auszeit, stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung!

We were expecting more
This hotel has super staff, from reception to restaurant service to bar.... super people.... thank you very much!
The food is great...thanks dear cuisine!
The rooms are ok and clean.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the wellness area, because we didn't use it.
Unfortunately, the hotel is very old ... which unfortunately does not interest the management.
Sitting in the bar area.... only possible with extra clothes. It goes through every window! Even the staff needs a "shell" more even though they move diligently.
In the restaurant, sitting by the window is exactly like that, as even the poorly taped one comes loose again.
The actually beautiful view from the elevator window is unfortunately clouded by years of accumulated dirt.
At the reception and in the lobby the temperature also leaves much to be desired (the poor staff) .....here again it is due to the broken automatic doors, which in my opinion are not only the one week we were visiting out of order.
I hope we were able to help the management ensure that future guests have it better.
