Standard / Friendly Review

I was generally very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Soret. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent—access to the city center and the main train station was very convenient and made traveling around Berlin super easy.
Breakfast was also great, especially the fresh croissants paired with good coffee—a perfect start to the day! The only thing that could be improved are the mattresses, as I would have appreciated a slightly more comfortable bed.
Despite this minor drawback, I would still recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Dear Veronika N, thank you so much for the great review and your recommendation. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location, the spotless room, and especially your morning start with fresh croissants and good coffee; for free. :-) When it comes to mattresses, finding the perfect balance is always a bit of a challenge since sleep comfort is so personal. We rely on modern boxspring beds to offer a cozy night’s rest, though we know preferences for firmness can vary quite a bit from guest to guest. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we are already looking forward to welcoming you back to Berlin. Warm regards, your team at Sorat Hotel Berlin

Excellent staying

The staff was so funny when I checked in, full of humor, and the hotel room is clean, so close to the Kaufhaus & U-bahn station, really enjoyed the time in Berlin.
