The room was very clean. We were told at check-in that maid service would be provided every other day. It was provided almost daily with fresh towels provided on the only day without full maid service. Breakfast was extensive and excellent. We especially enjoyed the fresh honey with honeycomb.

We travelled four people and had interconnected rooms which even more amplified the experience of this lovely hotel. We got an almost suite like feeling from it.
The people in the reception were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
We used the parking garage underneath the hotel for several nights and it felt safe to leave the car down there eventhough it is a public parking garage. 30 euro per night for parking isn’t cheap but agreeable.
The bathrooms we had were equipped with both a hot tub and a shower so everyone could pick their favorite.
It became a bit noisy outside the hotel on the weekend but the isolation of the windows shut all sound out.
We had an allergic person within the party and underneath the sheets there were a down layer that unfortunately effected us a little bit.
But all and all. This is an amazing hotel that I warmly recommend to everybody. Close to U-bahn stations. Walking distance to the zoo. If you like pasta there’s is a Vapiano restaurant just outside.
Don’t hesitate. Just go!
