Excellent hotel, perfect place to visit this beautiful Périgord region, the managers are very welcoming and extremely kind, the rooms are quiet and very well maintained, the breakfast is simply fabulous, fresh with a lot of choices in savory and sweet items, the cakes made by the manager are an absolute must-try... not to mention the extra perk, the very large pool that relaxes you after days of walking, bravo to the managers who have managed to keep this hospitality and this desire for neat and responsible work.

Ideal hotel

Excellent place for a stopover of a few days to visit the region. Very well located, it is close to Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Beynac et Cazenac and the Castelnaud-La-Chapelle castle. Quiet and relaxing place. The pool is ideal for cooling off after sightseeing. We had a family room (the 3 beds for the teens were in the mezzanine) with a small terrace and a view of the pool. Very comfortable beds. Modern and clean room.
The most incredible thing is the breakfast. Unheard of! To die for! It was delicious! There was fresh fruit (delicious strawberries...), homemade plain yogurt, homemade jams, and various types of homemade cakes typical of the region (cannelés, pistachio muffins, gluten-free walnut cakes, Crubelets...). There were different types of coffee, and my husband enjoyed the drip coffee, which he had never found anywhere else but at home. The purchased products like the bread (3 different types) and the brioche were of high quality (the brioche, a treat!). And obviously, there was everything you can find elsewhere.
Near the entrance was a lounge area where you could read magazines (L'Équipe) and the local press.

Fabulous hotel in the center of the Périgord Noir

A perfect hotel and absolutely clean. Owners as well as the maintenance team very professional and very kind. Everything is there to feel good as soon as we arrive. Very quiet, a beautiful view with a magnificent pool with impeccable maintenance. No stairs and everything is directly accessible. Bravo for the perfection, it is rare!

One of the most beautiful hotels in the Perigord Noir.

A wonderful, well-managed hotel in one of the most beautiful areas in the Perigord, very well-equipped hotel with sufficient parking, a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a well-equipped gym, the rooms are excellently furnished, a breakfast that exceeds the standard, the owners are very friendly and accommodating, we were there for the fourth time and would gladly return.
