5 wonderful nights

Simon & Rebecca are fantastic hosts and the accommodation has everything you could possibly need including the most important things for us - space, peace and quiet. La Sonnette is in the heart of beautiful countryside and is a very relaxed place to stay. Breakfasts are unhurried and delicious, and any enquiries re local events, local life, where to find things etc are met with a really helpful response, nothing is too much trouble. Staying here is like a breath of fresh air.
If you choose to have an evening meal (24 hours notice required) you will not be disappointed. Rebecca is a marvellous chef with a vast repertoire of delicious meals. The very best we have ever had in a B&B.
Thoroughly recommended, and will definitely visit again, as soon as we can!

Perfect B&B with charming hosts

We spent three nights here whilst visiting family staying on a nearby campsite. The property is in a tiny collection of buildings in rolling farmland, although a short drive will get you to nearby small towns and villages.
The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. The room we had was large with its own bathroom (shower, toilet, basin).The bed was large and comfortable and the space was spotlessly clean. There is patchy WiFi but this is due to upgraded very soon.
Breakfast is served in a lovely room overlooking the long garden with small pool. There was plenty to choose from a typical French breakfast that included pastries, homemade bread and conserves, fresh fruit and yoghurt.
The British hosts were charming and helpful but in no way interfering.
We would thoroughly recommend La Sonnette

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Le couple d'Anglais qui tient ces chambres d'hôtes est très sympathique. Malheureusement, ils parlent très mal notre langue et les échanges ont été courts. La chambre était propre et agréable, la literie confortable. Malgré cela, j'ai assez mal dormi à cause, je pense, du manque d'obscurité dans la chambre. En effet, la fenêtre n'était pas équipée de volets et l'unique rideau n'occultait pas assez la lumière extérieure. Quand à la salle de bains elle était propre, mais la douche était un peu petite à mon goût. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, j'aurais préféré du pain frais à la place des viennoiseries qui semblaient avoir été réchauffé au micro-ondes. Ceci-dit à 50 € la nuit, le rapport qualité prix est quand même très bon.

Accueil extra

Maison dans un hameau, accueil familial chaleureux et joyeux par une famille britannique très sympathique. Petite piscine bien agréable pour se rafraîchir, bon petit déjeuner et bons conseils de restaurants alentours. Une belle chambre vaste et confortable. Excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Nuit calme

Un accueil des plus chaleureux, un sourire qui fait plaisir et qui donne envie d'entrer. Rebecca et Simon sont aux petits soins pour leurs invités. De plus, le lieu est très calme (un peu perdu, je dois l'admettre) mais pour une nuit reposante c'est l'idéal, sans compter que la literie est très confortable. 60€ une nuit pour 2 personnes, petit-déjeuner inclus, je trouve le prix très abordable.
La chambre et la salle d'eau, quant à elles, sont très charmantes et authentiques, les lieux sont en cohérence avec l'environnement (la douche peut-être un peu petite par contre) Cependant l'insonorisation avec la chambre voisine est à revoir...
Concernant le petit déjeuner : Pains au chocolat et croissants chauds !!! Du choix pour les boissons. Le tout, toujours servi avec le sourire de nos maîtres de logis. Court séjour mais vraiment très bien... rapide et efficace :)
