An absolute gem and reasonably priced. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. Only 20 minutes by foot to the centre of Vannes. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would certainly return.

Not great

No air conditioning, we had to ask for 1 fan which didn't change much. We dreamed of diving into the pool given the high heat and well no! Pool inaccessible. Every day we went to see the reception staff to get information, each time they made us wait and said that maybe the next day we could access it. The day before leaving, miracle, it was finally accessible. Very disappointed, we paid for a service that we did not get. We could have paid half the amount of our stay elsewhere without a pool.
We were promised a meager compensation for this inconvenience, after 15 days of waiting still nothing received! We are very disappointed, strong feeling of having been cheated.

Self catering accommodation in a fully modern apartment. The unique feature of this accommodation is that it is attached to a residential complex for retired people. This was certainly not a problem and guests were able to use the facilities of the complex, including the swimming pool and small gym as well as the restaurant (although we did not use this). The apartment itself was excellent, extremely comfortable and very well appointed. This accommodation would be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Underground parking is available. The only qualification is that the property is some distance from the centre of Vannes.

Excellent

Surprising on arrival!! the welcome (very warm) is that of the senior residence (but a 2nd entrance is available after check-in). The residence offers apartments and services of the senior residence if you wish (swimming pool, hairdresser, massage etc...). The apartment was very comfortable (air conditioned) and very clean; nice room (good bedding), well equipped living room (sofa, TV) and a large bathroom (bathrobes, slippers available). The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. You have an underground car park. You can visit Vannes on foot (15mn) and/or by bus.
We had booked 2 nights but we would have stayed longer unfortunately the establishment was complete.
We recommend this property without any restrictions.
