Good for what I was willing to pay.

This hotel fits what I was looking for: good location, good connectivity with transportation, quiet for resting, with a basic breakfast suitable for a 3-star rating. The staff was friendly and everything was very clean. I recommend it.

A truly stress-free experience. I believe that the clerks at the front desk were the owners by their pride in their rooms. We needed to stay a 7th night. They not only were able to get us a room but they upgraded us for the price we paid for our original room.
5 out of 5 stars!

Maria at the front desk was helpful and has excellent customer service skills. We had an early flight and she was very accommodating. She allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel, use the restroom and eventually check in early once the room was ready. The water pressure of the shower was excellent!!! And the air conditioning was also excellent - the room was consistently cold and could easily be controlled with the thermostat in the room. Room was also pretty spacious all things considered. I would have appreciated if there was a top sheet on the bed and if the bedding were a bit cleaner. I did find hair in the sheets from other guests.
