Excellent stay

We spent a pleasant time in this charming and welcoming establishment. The staff is friendly and always available to meet the needs of guests. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Special mention for the hearty and varied breakfast, ideal to start the day well.
The location is perfect to discover the region, including Lake Geneva and the beautiful village of Yvoire nearby. Only small downside, traffic can be slightly noisy for the rooms facing the street, but this did not spoil our stay.
A very good value for money, we will come back with pleasure!"

Perfect.

Pension is ideal for a short trip to Switzerland: the owners are friendly, the bedding impeccable, everything is clean, the breakfast is hearty and above all there is no noise!
Moreover, as it is located in the center of the village, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Inhuman owner, denied room, had to sleep on the street

After an exhausting bike ride and a spontaneous cancellation of our accommodation, we looked for another emergency accommodation in the evening. The hotel was our only option in the vicinity, so I called to ask for room availability and price. Online, rooms were available for €80 per night, I was told €100. The owner immediately demanded a reservation with name and credit card number. As we were only 5 minutes away, I said I would discuss the offer with my friends and then drop by.
When we arrived at 11pm, the owner was waiting for us outside the door. Despite our explanations that we urgently needed a room, he reacted with anger and rejection. Mocking me, he told me to keep thinking and refused to give us a room. Although he knew we couldn't find another place to sleep, he deliberately closed the door in front of us. Because of his little wounded ego, we had to spend the night on the street.

Cordialement

hysterics

Avoid this place the "patron' and his partner have psychological problems resulting in hysterical screaming in front of the guestroom and an attempt to assault me, the paying guest, in my room. Al because I forgot the front door code and rang the bell for entry at 8:45 pm. Very disturbed and disturbing people.
