Unforgettable experience, and we will repeat soon! Congratulations!

Beautiful and isolated heritage, with a lot of tranquility and peace. The chalets are very beautiful and comfortable, great for a couple or couples with children, depending on the size. The pool water is wonderful. We loved everything and even made some shopping in a regional store that exists in Granja, everything very typical.

With potential, but with much to review

The expectation was great, but the illusion soon gave rise to a completely different reality...
Having a stable with horses, goats and chickens (normal, we are in a farm...) a few meters from a swimming pool (inexplicable bizarrery) ensures a countless population of flies to whom one tries to venture to refresh in a warm Alentejana afternoon. Not to mention the odors brought from the neighboring stable by the hot July wind...
After all, we can find that it is nature in its splendour!
What doesn't seem normal is to rent rooms with broken locks, night problems with the fridge that decided to release the result of the unexpected unfreezing by the floor of the room, or even the shelter of the bathtub that only had... the supports hanging on the wall “...it was a gentleman who broke the glass, a while ago...”
After all, many unforeseen in a stay that was meant to be quiet, and that justified an early departure.
It was a pity.

Excellent, 5 stars

Well located, well equipped, friendly and available staff.
The whole space is very well decorated. It has a private pool, sun loungers, barbecue area, rooms with kitchenette.
Space well organized, has an artificial lake, baloiços, inflatables, beds at the foot of the lake, bicycles, animals (a dog, cats, horses, goats).
Quiet place to charge energies.
A reference site and to return without doubt.
Excellent.

Concept good, implementation okay

The hotel's concept is basically very good. Unfortunately, the implementation is not quite as successful. The facility could be better maintained, the room and the hallway smell damp and musty. The bathroom and the bedroom could use a little freshening up. We left immediately after arriving.
