Excellent find
A bit difficult to reach by car and little paid parking in front.
Receptionist not always present and in any case closes at six, however they are kind and helpful.
Very large and very beautiful room. Comfortable third bed. Bathroom and amenities complete.
Minibar stocked even if for a fee; for the cost it should be free.
Kitchen in the room with everything necessary.
Very good breakfast.
Possibility to get drinks or coffee 24/7.
Nice small pool, they provide pool towels and bathrobes in the room.
Cleanliness and presence in the hotel need some improvement.

Very overrated
Very disappointing breakfast, only "packaged" pre-cooked bread soaked in water, only 1 tomato jam, and not even natural orange juice... a shame in Portugal!
The place is well located near the city center, but be careful, no parking, a few paid spots in front, but you have to be lucky, otherwise it's a real hassle!
And we did not appreciate having to put up with the owner's birthday one evening from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., the guests look directly into the room, and of course, given the crowd, we could not enjoy the pool...
Despite the charm of the place we were very disappointed we will not return!!!!
