Exceeded expectations

Our room far exceeded our expectations. Loads of space, very clean, and beautifully furnished in traditional Moroccan riad style, with a gorgeous antique wardrobe. Super comfortable beds. An enchanting rooftop area with fabulous views out over the old city, and down onto the internal courtyard with its marble tiles and fountain. Everything about this hotel says class. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan, varying each day, but always including a very welcome glass of freshly pressed orange juice. Location was excellent, just five minutes walk from a main road through the medina, and eight minutes walk to the bus station. A huge choice of eateries within 10 minutes walk. The staff at Riad Boustane were very helpful, and the manager, Hamid, had very useful local recommendations. The neighbourhood felt very safe, day and night. I have to add that this is true of all parts of Marrakesh: we felt absolutely personally secure at all times. Next time I'm back in Marrakesh, I will definitely stay at Riad Boustane. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Pleasant stay

Convenient location to access tourist areas for average walkers.. the staff at the riad is perfect, friendly and helpful, always ready to help. Perfect breakfast, nice terrace, the only downside, some rooms too in their juice, a renovation would be necessary, nice riad overall.

Apart from the bed it was very nice

Riad Boustane is a nice little riad, good location, especially if you want to walk to Majorell Garden. The service is good and attentive. The room was clean.
Breakfast is a bit lean, some cheese (possibly La vache kiri) would be desirable. The bed was a real challenge - it was a bit too narrow for 2 people, the mattress was MUCH too hard and it collapsed towards the middle.

Nice experience for my 10th time in Marrakech

Beautiful and vast Riad close to Bab Yaqout in an untouristy area, which is not bad. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful room (upgrade), the terrace is very well appointed for relaxing moments. Osama, our host is very professional and attentive. Very easy to get a taxi really close. Although eccentric , 30 minutes from Jama El Fna on foot and in an alley, the neighborhood is secure . A "normal" neighborhood. I recommend.
