Amazing experience
We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend staying here. It was my fiancés birthday and Jamila from housekeeping made it very special for us. With roses and cake. It was really amazing.
Also the pool butler was very nice and we really enjoyed his service also from the lady of the reception. All amazing people.

5/5 - A beautiful blend of Japanese and Berber architecture and hospitality
Me and my family stayed at the Nobu hotel as part of my wife's birthday weekend. We had 3 large suites, which were kindly upgraded for us, which were spacious and had a homely luxurious feel. The fact that there were less rooms in the hotel made it feel exclusive and personal. The Nobu hotel is based at an excellent location, in the heart of Marakhesh, which made site-seeing easy for us as everything was within walking distance. We felt pampered at this hotel and Nobu took special care of us to ensure our stay was special.
Breakfast was great and we truly appreciated how the hotel focuses on a small selection of food but of a higher quality. The breakfast selection was top-notch and the egg station was our favourite! The staff at breakfast went out of their way to make us feel special and we felt pampered to its finest. The small little touches such as the staff bringing our food to our table really made a positive difference to our experience. Nasima, at breakfast, was incredible and always so attentive to our needs!
We made the most of the hotel facilities including the swimming pools and spa. The Nobu rooftop pool is beautiful with extraordinary views of the famous katoubia mosque and Atlas mountains.
We enjoyed the treats in our room for my wife's birthday and the special dessert/fruit platter at Nobu restaurant, arranged by Nobu hotel. Thank you to khadija for arranging this!
We loved the flexible turndown service and housekeeping was superb at ensuring our rooms were pristine. However, one only comment is that we wish the AC was a little more cold especially with the heat of Marrakech. Also it is noisy at night due to the club upstairs, we didn't mind but if you're sensitive to noise be aware.
Overall, this hotel is definitely up there and the extraordinary service pulls us to wanting to come back again!

Experience to repeat
Spectacular experience, there is a rooftop with live music every day.. the pool is very good and ideal for children.. very friendly staff, highlighting a special thank you to Hicham Ait Almed and Yassin Bayoud for treating us so well and being careful so that we lacked nothing.. very good food whether in the ground floor restaurant or on the rooftop

Great place - rooftop pool is a winner!
I will start with the positives:
This hotel is in a great location - everything is nearby this includes the main square, restaurants, casinos and historical monuments. The hotel is beautiful and has a real luxury feel, the rooms are spacious and because there is less rooms it feels a bit more exclusive. They have a fabulous breakfast and the staff in the mornings were lovely. Especially Nasima who we met every morning. The rooftop pool is something I would go back for especially if I visit Marrakech again - 10/10 service and the food was also great. The hotel staff are lovely and the manager at night was a lovely chap. Whilst we didn't get an upgrade - they still gave me a birthday treat in the hotel room as well as the rooftop bar when we went. Honestly I would stay here again - even the staff outside opening and closing the doors said hello every time and asked about our day. One of them wished me a happy birthday when I mentioned it was my birthday.. super friendly and attentive. The spa is also great and I loved the indoor pool too. The housekeeping staff were so attentive and cleaned our room so well and even organised our things neatly - this was impressive!
Now the negatives: The rooftop staff in the evening honestly need to get it together and be kinder to hotel guests and people who are visiting. The first night the waitress who took my order mistook me saying and fries for it being swapped for fries- okay fine its loud there it can happen. But then she started to debate me on how I was wrong and it's my fault. She blamed me constantly and it really put a bad taste in my mouth because I do not expect this service from such an expensive and exclusive hotel and rooftop restaurant. My flight the day before was already delayed by 6 hours so I was so tired and just wanted to have a nice evening at the rooftop! I did complain to the manager in the evening in the hotel itself but not sure what happened there.
They also messed up our booking for the poolside table for my actual birthday even though we checked with hotel reception and went up to the rooftop in the day to book. Another waitress made us sit elsewhere and not by the pool. Afterwards when my husband expressed his disappointment the rooftop manager moved us and apologised and gave a birthday dessert for free too. So this was great..
I think this would be better if the staff at night were nicer and more attentive - because in the day we were treated so well!! Especially to guests - if we are a priority we should be treated as such and not argued with and being made to feel small!!!
One last thing - our bathroom sink had a weird smell too.
But again I will go back to stay again and I hope they just learn from the feedback I have given.
