Happy.

I had a great time at Hotel Art Suites. The hotel is very elegant, quiet and perfectly clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, making the stay very pleasant. The staff is truly exceptional: welcoming, smiling, professional and always ready to help with kindness and respect. The service is fast and high quality. The warm atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel immediately at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and excellent service. Thank you to the whole team for this great experience.

RUN AWAY!

To flee!! 80 euros for that!!
I'll make it simple.
We spent two days in August 2025. When we arrived we were disappointed with the staff who do not speak French or English.
The outdoor parking is in a pitiful state.
When we take our room, we barely give you the keys to your suite.
I’m not very difficult but for an establishment saying 4 stars it’s limit, but it’s only the beginning!
Clean room but dirty bath too narrow!
A towel for two.
Constant noise, whether this self from outside but also from its damn nightclubs or until 2 am you can not sleep!
Run away! There is much better and cheaper!

Catastrophic experience on every level!

My stay at the Art Suites Hotel was nothing short of disastrous. Upon arrival, I was faced with a ridiculous wait of almost three hours to check in because the room was still not ready. The service was truly awful; there were angry customers everywhere complaining about the same problems.
The buffet was outrageously bad, with only four types of bread and a tasteless, minimal salad. Drinks came from cheap packages, which is totally out of character for a hotel that awards itself four stars. The rooms were a disaster: dirty, broken, with only two towels for four people, and used soap left by previous guests. There was no safe present, which added to the unsafe feeling.
To make matters worse, cockroaches swarmed the rooms, making the stay truly unbearable. The parking was ridiculously small, making parking a huge challenge. The staff were rude, totally disinterested, and the elevator closed so quickly it became a dangerous experience every time you used it.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It's absolutely disgraceful that this hotel carries four stars, because it doesn't even deserve one. This hotel is a nightmare and I advise against anyone staying here.

Horror!!!!!

Worst hotel!!! Arrive with husband and child, at the reception the girl does not understand English, since the third time understood French. Dirty!!!The floor is not washed, strange hair all over the shower. Raid on taps, shower broken. Half the night music plays from the hotel bar located on the ground floor , sleep impossible!Write what is suitable for children, lies!!! Unsanitary! No cribs! No extra bed linen, one towel for everyone! It's a nightmare, really regretted choosing this place!
