Perfect.

Recently we had the opportunity to stay in this hotel and our experience was really excellent.
The hotel is ideal for both families and couples, as it offers everything for a comfortable and memorable stay. The facilities are clean, the spaces are beautifully arranged and the atmosphere is relaxing.
The staff deserves special mention, as they were polite, smiling and always willing to serve with professionalism and good mood.
The food was excellent, with great variety and excellent quality, covering all tastes. Every meal was a real pleasure.
Overall, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It is definitely a hotel that we will visit again and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality and carefree holidays.

REGRET!

We regretted choosing this property based on its location. I have been going on holiday to Cyprus for years and have stayed in everything from the best resorts to mid-range ones. Due to the holiday rush, we could only find availability at this hotel, so we had no choice but to make a reservation. We should have realized it from the fact that there was availability even during the holiday season.
We checked into the facility on May 29th. You're a guest there, on vacation. Welcome, why did you come, who are you? Nobody cared about us, so we just put our suitcases in a corner and took a breather. Then we went to the reception to say we had a reservation and to get information. Without reacting, he communicated with us using head gestures—a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful gentleman (whose name I don't want to mention!) They asked for our IDs, then handed us a room key, but provided no information whatsoever. I mean, which room is this key for? Which floor? Can someone help with our luggage? Is the elevator over there? Any information about the room? I couldn't resist asking, "Excuse me, but what floor is this room you gave me on? It's sorry to bother you, but could you at least give me that information?" He said the 4th floor :) We managed to find the elevator by ourselves, carrying our suitcases, and went up to our room. Of course, the nightmare wasn't over. Despite being a couple and having requested it, we were given a room with two separate beds. We called and explained the situation, and someone came and put the beds together with sheets – it was like, "take that!" Even in affordable facilities like municipal guesthouses and teacher's residences, they only put a kettle and tea in the room, right? YES, THAT'S RIGHT... When I called and asked, they said they have tea bags and kettles in their private rooms, and they can send them to me for an extra fee if I want :) :) We constantly had electricity problems in the room... we begged and pleaded to have the room cleaned, and when we were leaving, they said we had drunk two bottles of water in the room and needed to pay extra. WE DRANK WATER IN THE ROOM :) THIS :) The worst experience you can have in Cyprus, the worst service. A facility we fled from without looking back, and we don't remember a single happy moment.

Dome Hotel

The hotel, which we had stayed at before, has a very good location, but the food and drinks inside are very expensive and the cleanliness inside was also poor.

Cyprus Dome Hotel

Dome Hotel is located in the center of Girne, which is a great advantage. Some of the rooms have a sea view, and the restaurant at the Dome Hotel on the beach is quite good.

A perfect holiday

We spent a short holiday with our large extended family. The staff's attentiveness, especially Mr. Ahmet and his team at the restaurant, was incredibly helpful in celebrating my son's birthday. The food, the desserts, the cleanliness—everything was perfect. Thank you so much for everything, Dom Hotel
