The floor drain of the shower and the washbasin are both poorly drained. It is impossible to take a shower and wash your hair. The toilet smells bad. It is obvious that there is a big problem with the water. The air conditioner in the room is not the same. Only one of the two air outlets is blowing, and the wind coming from the air outlet is blowing. The temperature of the air conditioner is too low, which is equivalent to blowing cold wind. If the air conditioner is not turned on, it will be cold again. I will not stay again next time

Dear guest, thank you for your review of the hotel! The toilet sewer should be blocked by the floor drain and not cleaned in time, which caused the sewer to smell bad. The air conditioner is because the room is large and the temperature rises slowly. I am really sorry for bringing you a bad experience during this stay. I hope you will give us your next stay. a chance to apologize

The room is the same as before, clean and hygienic, very satisfied. The air conditioner is not hot. The second problem is that the front desk phone has been busy and cannot be connected. The third problem is that there are no shower slippers, which is very inconvenient

The environment is good, but the barbecue stall outside is too noisy at night in summer
