The sink was very slow draining and the toilet ran throughout our stay. Send up the plumber to room 406.
I would stay again.

Disappointing
The room that I had was spacious and contained everything that I required for our 2 night stay.
Unfortunately at breakfast time we were put in a room with bare tables. We had to get our own cutlery, crockery and napkins.
The hot food of which there wasn’t a great selection was not hot.
I quite like a buffet breakfast but I would like the table set and coffee/ tea served.
In the afternoon after a busy morning sight seeing I decided to go to the hot tubs on floor 5 only to find that there was no water in them abd found out later they were closed for maintenance. Surely the maintenance should have been done at the beginning of the season and not near the end. So unfortunately I was very disappointed.

We are, however, genuinely sorry that your experience fell short in other important areas. Breakfast should feel welcoming and well prepared, and we understand your disappointment with having to set your own table, the limited selection, and food not being served at the proper temperature. We will be coordinating with our Food & Beverage team to address these concerns.
We also sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding our hot tubs. We understand that after a full day of sightseeing, this is an amenity you were looking forward to enjoying. While maintenance is sometimes necessary, we recognize that better communication about closures is essential, and we will be coordinating with our team to improve how these disruptions are managed and communicated to guests.
We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback gives us a clear opportunity to improve, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
