Landhaus Ager
Landhaus Ager sijaitsee maaseudulla ja vuoristossa. Alueen luonnonkauneudesta voi nauttia kohteissa Brixental ja KaiserWelt Scheffau, ja RIEDEL-lasimuseo ja tehdas, ja Kufsteinin linnoitus on mielenkiintoinen kulttuurikohde. Hexenwasser-seikkailupuisto ja Alpeniglu-kylä ovat myös vierailun arvoisia. Täällä voit lasketella, lumilautailla ja ottaa hiihtotunteja, ja hyödyntää myös pulkkailumahdollisuuden. Landhaus Ager tarjoaa talvisin asiakkailleen ilmaisen rinnebussikuljetuksen sekä sisäuima-altaan ja kesäisin golfkentän. Landhaus Ager tarjoaa 21 huonetta, joissa on tallelokerot ja kylpytakit. Huoneessa on parveke. Huoneissa on oleskelualue. Taulutelevisio, satelliittikanavat. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku, tohvelit, ilmaiset hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja. Tämä hotelli tarjoaa asiakkailleen huonehintaan sisältyvän langattoman internetyhteyden. Siivous päivittäin ja allergiatestatut vuodevaatteet on saatavilla pyynnöstä. Käytössäsi on sisäuima-allas ja ulkouima-allas. Muihin vapaa-ajan palveluihin kuuluvat golfkenttä ja sauna. Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko paikan päällä tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia.

Nice house; rooms a bit too simple and warm; older TV; be careful when having money charged to your room
In the real summer, the room is definitely very warm. It was already at the limit.
It was difficult to find the keyhole because the hallway was very dark.
The room was big enough. However, we missed more shelf space in the closet.
The labeling in the elevator for the floors is strange. For rooms with the 2 in front, you have to press 1.
The safe was screwed to the back of the closet with 2 small screws.
Totally ridiculous - with a few movements you could have got it out and taken it with you.
The TV was older - but OK.
The underground access to the Alpen-Schlössl is brilliant. The indoor pool was very nice, clean and comfortable. The outdoor area also looked great and well-kept. In general, everything looked very nice.
Breakfast:
Normally, guests always sit at the same table during their stay. From the 3rd morning onwards, we had to ask where we were sitting today.
That was annoying. Asking at reception didn't result in any "improvement". Even the manager herself somehow dismissed it and played it down. Orange juice and multivitamin juice were concentrate that had been mixed with water - not tasty.
On the first evening we had a 5-course meal there: great! We'd go back anytime!
Where people work, mistakes are made. No question about it.
But: We drank 2 drinks on the terrace in the afternoon and found a receipt on our breakfast table with 4 drinks the next morning.
Why don't they let the guests sign something like that straight away?
For a 4-star hotel, that and the constant table changes and mixed juice aren't really OK - I think.
The location is nice but the access roads are quite narrow. 2 vehicles in oncoming traffic - quite exciting.
Would we go again? Probably not
We would look for somewhere closer to the town so that we can walk to the village/accommodation more quickly in the evening. But that is purely a matter of taste.

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen unser unterirdischer Zugang zum AlpenSchlössl, das Hallenbad sowie die gepflegte Außenanlage gefallen haben. Auch Ihr Lob für das 5-Gänge-Menü am ersten Abend wissen wir sehr zu schätzen! Ihre Hinweise nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden prüfen, wie wir hier Verbesserungen vornehmen können, um unseren Gästen ein noch komfortableres Erlebnis zu bieten.
Wir schätzen Ihre offenen Worte, da sie uns helfen, unseren Service zu optimieren. Es tut uns leid, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen in einigen Bereichen nicht vollständig erfüllen konnten. Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin viele schöne Urlaube und hoffen, Sie vielleicht doch eines Tages wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

All fur coat and no knickers
Check in- erm, where is the reception? Lets explore.... nope still lost. Lots of stairs and corridors.Finally asked the cleaner.
Friendly reception girl,eager to please men, clearly! ;0)
Room- No complaints except no extra blankets, or pillows. Corridors made the bedrooms feel cold. Beds were very low down however comfortable, maybe the Saltz wine helped, it was very drinkable. Shame about smoking from next door bedroom.
Apres Ski offering- If you like kept warm chicken and rice, perfect. If you don’t, then you will fit in here because there was a lot of food left over.
Bar service- charming and no real clue who has ordered,what they ordered or their room number.
Dinner - salad was enjoyable ( picked out the slimy brown leaves) the rest was pleasant. Carpaccio,nice presentation but not really worth their time. Soup, inappropriate flavours, more like an arribiata sauce, however it was ok.
Big plate of cheese- very nice!
Main was lacking, schnitzel a thin and dry and the potatoes were cold.
Dessert- hyped up but didn’t deliver.
Morning- shower was great, had to decide it was normal that there was water all over the bathroom floor, heading for the bedroom. Ok, after the great shower I had to mop up the water with a towel. Bathroom lighting was ineffective, a no go for applying make-up, light was flat and the angled mirrors made life seem very confusing! Totally pointless, however it did highlight the holes in the ceiling??
Breakfast- had to search for a waitress, she seemed very confused when I asked for coffee/cafe/cappuccino... nothing like a morning smirk from a friendly judgemental waitress.
Food was fine, toaster thought it was Michael Jackson and couldn’t decide between black or white.
Check out- clever receptionist, flirtatious personality with a matching outfit, same as the other girls in the bar area sat with the seemingly single men, the night before. Wifi was OK, so you can FaceTime your loved one and children before you settle down at the bar.
Check out total- WTF? Somebody is trying to pull the wool over out eyes here, doubled up wine , inedible food added onto our bill and a receptionist who thinks that if her cleavage is on show enough we wouldn’t notice the inflation! Hmmm sorry but bad effort. Our bill was rectified after 10 mins, when she eventually realised we were serious. €60 was deducted, finally we were able to pay for what we had eaten and drank.
Hotel was cold in many areas and the toilet for the dinning room and bar was down two flights of stairs. Hard to navigate initially as there are no clear signs.
The open fire is broken, replaced by an electric thing one’s granny once owned.
This place is way off... however if it was managed better, toilets upstairs, staff that could communicate, a new chef,etc.... it could be very nice. Look elsewhere though in our opinion. This hotel has had it’s day.
