Exceptional recommend it

We stayed with my two daughters aged 14 and 11 in July 2025 for a week. We had a great time. Parking for the car available within the structure. The room overlooking the lake, large, comfortable and clean, with smart TV, air conditioning. Kitchenette and refrigerator. Really beautiful. Breakfast excellent abundant and varied. The host Michel very kind and always ready to answer all questions and give advice on nearby places to visit. Views and enchanting views everywhere you turn. I recommend it.

HOLIDAY LAKE COMO

POSITION: 6.5 (In Ossuccio, "high" above the lake and road a bit 'so to get there)
STAFF: 8.5 (The owner very kind and advises you very well)
STRUCTURE: 7 (Nice outside place for breakfast)
ROOM: 6 (Essential, even if it was not the one he said he gave us...which was bigger)
CLEANING: 5 (Unfortunately our room was not cleaned, although we had left before 10.00, as per the regulations)
BREAKFAST: 6.5 (There's a bit of everything)
YOU WOULD GO BACK: NO

Posizione : Sapevate benissimo dove è situata la mia struttura, potevate scegliere altro
Personale: lo stesso che scrive sempre stato a disposizione e d'aiuto (
Struttura: avete sicuramente visto le innumerevoli foto, se non di Vs gradimento potevate scegliere altro ah Già il prezzo era alettante 100,00 € a notte colazione e parcheggio incluso.
Camera: anche qui vi ho dato una camera economy come stabilito.
Pulizia: Bastava leggere il regolamento che su i 2 giorni deve essere richiesto dai clienti. la camera quando vi è stata assegnata era pulita.
Colazione: per fortuna che c'e un po di tutto altrimenti che voto avreste dato

The view is beautiful but the noise!

Non-existent soundproofing, given the typical decor of the place but inevitably dated, the windows are very thin and the apartment overlooks the parking lot orarzially on the street is noisy. The lake view is very nice but I had to put the caps on to sleep.

Buongiorno.
può dire di tutto ma non cha la mia struttura non sia in una zona tranquilla, è una strada interna di paese non una tangenziale , certo se lei ha il sonno leggero..... per fortuna che è avete passato solo una notte. Peccato non poter mettere la foto delle finestre della stanza per far capire l'insonorizzazione dei vetri, forniamo anche tappi per le orecchie per chi come lei ha necessità, bastava solamente farmi fare il mio lavoro illustrandovi l'appartamento, e non liquidato in malo modo.

As I imagined

It was exactly as I imagined! The accommodation was as advertised! Comfortable, with excellent breakfast and Michel, the owner, very attentive! And the view of Lake Como was spectacular!!!!! Excellent location, easy to take a boat trip

Holiday on the lake

Cozy and well-kept place, located in a quiet place with breathtaking views of the lake, good breakfast! Michel, the owner, is always present and ready to fulfill every request. We will return at the first opportunity.
