I left my heart there!

I stayed here for a week with my mom, I ABSOLUTELY recommend it to you!
Well-furnished, fragrant, and very well-kept rooms!
Truly kind and super helpful staff, very attentive both in service and in the advice given.
Thanks to the whole staff for making us feel at home, but especially to Giorgia for her infinite sweetness and professionalism ❤️.
We will definitely be back!

Excellent property, but cleanliness needs improvement.

Very well-kept hotel located in an excellent position, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Marsala. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts, just as the girls at the reception were very kind.
A sore point, unfortunately, limited to our experience, was the cleanliness. At the time of check-in, I found leftover hair in the toilet, in the shower, on the floor, and in the sink, highlighting, in my opinion, a poor level of attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room. Unfortunately, this impression remained throughout the following days as well.
I would not have expected such a flaw from a 4-star Italian hotel, and I believe that this is certainly an aspect that could be improved.

Great stay in Marsala.

Great serviced apartments/hotel.  Large rooms, situated in a quiet street, where parking is available, and everything is within walking distance.  The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is ever a hassel.  We had some issues in our first room (25) but once I spoke to staff, they quickly moved us to a new room (22).  Both rooms were spacious, quiet and beds are super comfortable and we would absolutely stay here again.  Breakfast was good, great coffee and everything you needed to start the day.  The only thing missing is outdoor space, however we asked to use the upstair terrace (which is attached to a room) and since it was not booked, they were kind enough to let us sit out there and read and enjoy the warm weather.

An elegant stay in the heart of Marsala

A beautiful structure, converted from a meticulously renovated 19th-century palace. The rooms are small studio flats equipped with a well-furnished kitchen, very comfortable and nicely decorated, with an elegant bathroom that pays attention to detail.
The products offered at breakfast are truly excellent, with a wide selection and an abundant quantity. The staff, all female, was simply exceptional: kind, helpful, and always ready to assist.
The property does not have private parking, but they were kind enough to reserve a spot right in front of the hotel for me. In the area, parking is free, and we noticed that, with a bit of patience, it is quite easy to find a spot nearby.
The location is perfect, just a few steps from the historic center, ideal for visiting Marsala comfortably on foot.
A beautiful experience in an equally charming city.

Excellent accommodation

A spectacular Aparthotel in everything: quality, close location to the historic center, restaurants and the edge. Very friendly service, clean room and all equipped with complete and compact kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable bed. The breakfast is diverse very good and delicious. Note 10.
