Tehran Royal Hotel is located in the heart of Tehran's capital, Keshavarz Boulevard. The hotel's unique features include easy access to the shopping center, Laleh Park, health center, subway, terminal, and all important places of the city. This hotel has 21 floors and there are single room, double room, twin room, and triple rooms, and suites as well. The hotel is equipped with gym, pool and jacuzzi, restaurant and coffee shop too.

Wonderful stay

Luxury experience at this hotel which located at the heart of Tehran, easy access to every place in tehran, close to metro station, nice decorations
Breakfast is amazing , rooms are clean, every thing is brand new and staff are fully trained

“Clean and Friendly, but Not Ideal for Families with Young Children”

Clean Rooms, but Several Areas Need Improvement
We stayed at Royal Hotel Tehran and had a mixed experience overall.
One of the first issues we encountered was at the hotel entrance. The elevator/platform lift was not working, and we had to carry our baby stroller up several flights of stairs, which was quite inconvenient, especially for a family traveling with a young child.
The lobby was small and fairly ordinary. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their good attitude. Breakfast was also average, with nothing particularly impressive.
Our double room was clean and well maintained, but it was quite small. With a young child, there was not enough space to move around comfortably or relax.
Another inconvenience was the window. It had to be opened vertically, but I was unable to open it myself and had to contact reception to send someone to help. This was rather inconvenient and, in my opinion, something that should be easier for guests to operate.
The hotel also did not have a designated smoking area. As a result, there was a noticeable and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, which affected the overall atmosphere.
The hotel café was another weak point. There was only one type of cake/dessert available, and the selection and quality were quite disappointing.
Overall, the hotel has clean rooms and friendly staff, but the small room size, non-functioning entrance lift, limited café selection, and cigarette smell in the lobby are areas that could be significantly improved.

A hotel you should not miss in Tehran

An absolute brilliant hotel. We tried 7 different hotels in Tehran, and this was by far the best. Two things that make this better than many of the other 5 star and 4 star hotels, is that their rooms have separate AC temperature adjustable in your room. Most of their even more expensive hotels in Tehran (i.e. 5 star hotels) have all the rooms set in 1 temperature, so you have no control on how hot or cold the room gets.
The second thing is the light, much better lighting inside as other hotels felt really dark due to dim lights. Their staff were excellent, and the location is perfectly in the middle of a business street where you can find plenty of everything. Many restaurants, clothing shops, tech shops, heaps of hospitals, medical centres, pharmacies, local tour agents, and more!
Highly recommend to everyone. Stayed there with my partner for our honeymoon for 3 weeks.

very good hotel with polite staff .advised to every one .go there and enjoy professional management.every thing was good and quality was high .i stayed there with my family and staff was very kind.price are normal and i think tehranroyal hotel is best choice

Tehran royal hotel

Everything is good and the food and everything room was comfortable and furniture was high quality and food and appetizer was great I was here for 2days It was such a memorial experience for me and Ill come back again for cristmas peace!!!!!!✌️
