Excellent Hospitality & Wonderful Experience at Pride Elite Raipur
A special mention to Shibani, who has always taken care of my bookings. She is extremely responsive, courteous and makes the entire booking process absolutely smooth. Her personal attention and willingness to help really stand out.
Reema is also wonderful—very warm, polite and always ready to assist. Her friendly approach adds to the overall experience.
What I appreciate most is that the team makes you feel welcomed rather than just treated like another guest. Whether it is a booking, check-in, dining or any small request during the stay, the overall service experience has been consistently good.
